Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 24th day of the 8th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6016 Anno Mundi.

The first yearly Sabbath of Unleavened Bread begins the Sacred New Year and the Spring Holy Day season in 19 weeks and 5 days on the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month (Wednesday, March 27th on the 2013, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Tuesday, March 26th).

The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. Those who follow the Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) will be observing the Spring Holy Days a month later and the Jewish Calculated Rabbinical Calendar begins a day early in spring.

Following on last weeks topic, it seems like a good idea to give you some examples of the kind of extremes I have observed. You may be surprised by what I consider extreme.

There was an incident at the Feast of Tabernacles where someone was objecting to a part of my presentation. Instead of following our Saviour's guidance about speaking directly to a brother who offends you, they went to the leader for the group and complained to him about me. He said he was so badly offended he was thinking about leaving. You may be surprised by what he considered offensive.

He was offended because I used the English word God. I am well aware there are extremists who believe the words God and Jesus are words referring exclusively to pagan gods. I was instructed by the leader that I needed to use the word ELAIM (elohim) to refer to God to avoid offending my brother. It is sad the contortions people will go to with some novel idea to make a point.

I won't explain the contorted basis for this belief. I hear similar things from time to time where English words are declared bad and some Hebrew word is required or other exclusive title or name. It is amazing that people give Satan such power that he can make English words bad and that they attach some exclusive piety to specific words.

Let me be clear that I believe it is proper and appropriate to use a person's (God's) actual name rather than some arbitrary translation or title. The reason for this is respect and accuracy not to demonstrate piety or avoiding evil. I have studied carefully the Sacred Name for this reason and because it has been made such a widespread issue. I use the best representation I can determine. I do NOT believe this makes any other name or title bad or inappropriate. I hope I am clear on this.

The word 'elohim' is particularly amusing because the Bible writers freely use the word to refer to IAUA and pagan gods. It is apparently treated as more proper to be used to refer to God in English simply because it is a Hebrew word. This is very contorted logic and reasoning. ELAIM is the IAUA transliteration of the Biblical word given the modern pronunciation of 'elohim'. Strongs Concise Hebrew Dictionary #420.

1 And ELAIM spake all these words, saying,
2 I am IAUA thy ELAIK, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other ELAIM before me.
Exodus 20:1-3

Even here in the Ten Commandments, Moses applies the word ELAIM to IAUA and to 'other' gods. If the Bible uses the same word for the God of Heaven and pagan gods, then why is it superior to use ELAIM instead of 'God'? I hope it is clear, it is nonsense to insist on the use of a Hebrew word in front of English speaking people.

The Hebrew language is not to be exclusively preferred over English nor is it more holy. A familiarity with the Biblical Hebrew is a good and valuable thing but it is not to be forced on those who are not familiar with Hebrew. This is particularly true if there is no familiarity with foreign languages and foreign language is not the topic of discussion.

I could also speak at length about those who publish and talk concerning things such as Jesuit influences and infiltration. It is appropriate to be aware of these things but there is a great danger of the extreme of becoming wrapped up in what the devil is up to with unholy influences and deceptions. This becomes a distraction when we need to be concentrating on what God has in store for us and studying to learn of His plan and follow His plan. Getting too wrapped up in following conspiracies and theories of any type is a dangerous distraction. Let's become wrapped up in what God is doing. Let's study and talk about 'Present Truth', the 'Third Elijah Message', the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and the 'Fourth Angel's Message'.

There is also the danger of an interesting extreme where we preach and talk at great length about God's Love but forget to make any mention of the necessity to trust in God's plan and follow His direction for our lives in obedience to His will. We can also be extreme in talking only about obedience to the Law of God and forgetting to give balance with an understanding of God's love, His forgiveness, the power of His grace, and the power of the Holy Spirit to transform our hearts and lives. Balance is the opposite of extreme.

32 And ye shall know the truth, ... and the truth shall make you free.
John 8:32 (paraphrased)

Are you spending your time on that which is not eternal?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
