Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!   Are you ready?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 19th day of the 4th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6017 Anno Mundi.

The fall Holy Day season begins with Trumpets Sabbath in 10 weeks and 1 day on the evening of the 1st day of the 7th month (Sabbath, September 7th on the 2013, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Friday, September 6th).

The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is a month late this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is two days early in the fall this year.

A newsletter reader writes:

Dear Frank

May I say a few words on the controversies between those supposedly trying to follow the truth?

I want to start off with a bold statement. God is aware of these controversies and allows them to happen. Yet, as you say, He tells us that the Holy Spirit will lead us into ALL truth. So why so many disagreements?

I put it down to the basic human condition. Our Master said, My sheep hear my voice and they follow me. If there is a particle of self in our beliefs then this will divide between us and others. It becomes another voice. So many people are trying to hold onto others, are afraid to accept new beliefs in case it unsettles other of their beliefs (which may have been wrong all the time), or do not hear our Master's voice clearly enough to know which way to go. It is sin which separates between us and our Creator.

I have thought about this a lot, lately. Why can some people see the truth so clearly and accept it so quickly, while others listen to the same message and have so many reservations and it is like the proverbial "water off a duck's back." Why is it like this?

I believe that God's true sheep do follow His voice and are listening to hear it. All of us do not realize how deeply sin and selfishness has affected our thinking, and it is only when we realize this that we can see how much more we have to learn and we are patient as new ideas come to us as we let them percolate through our minds, asking God to reveal to us if it is further truth or not.

I have many things I am not clear on, and many I am clear on, but gradually God fills in the spaces and clarifies our thinking and pulls the picture together. If this is not happening to us, it is because self has got into the way and is leading us away. I like the verse in Zephaniah which said that God's true people are halting. Aware of our own weaknesses and asking God to guide us in everything, we will be triumphant in our greatest battle, the battle with self.

May our Lord have mercy on us and lead us to the kingdom.

Robin,

Fantastic observations. Your thoughts parallel many I have had and said in previous newsletters. I will share this in an upcoming newsletter and I would like to use your name, unless you prefer not.

He hasn't responded yet but I don't think he will mind.

Who will leave behind their own ideas and follow what God says?

3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Revelation 14:4

Who will follow the Lamb wherever He goes? I am looking for the 144k. Have you seen them anywhere?

Whenever confronted by troubling issues I have often made this observation. God has a plan. God has the ability to carry out His plan. It is a good plan. I don't know the details of His plan and that is good because I wouldn't be able to grasp His Infinite Plan. He asks me to have faith and just trust Him. I can trust God's plan. He will show me the part I need to know. I will follow His plan by the understanding and strength He provides.

Will you follow what God plans?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
