Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 8th day of the 5th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6019 Anno Mundi.

The Fall Sabbaths begin in 7 weeks and 3 days with Trumpets Sabbath on the 1st day of the 7th month (Tuesday, September 15th of the 2015, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset Monday, September 14th).

On God's Calendar the Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with God's New Year's Day (Passover) after the spring equinox (Spring Passover Rule). The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is one day early.

When I was young, I learned to enjoy learning. The young have a natural curiosity and inquisitiveness, if it is not stifled. There are so many things to see and enjoy. They are natural learners and seem to have a great capacity and desire to learn. Sometimes they learn things we wish they didn't. They also have a great capacity to remember. Sometimes we wish they would forget some things. Children love to share what they have learned. Sometimes we wish they wouldn't share some things.

I suspect there is an additional meaning to these words.

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

A proper education is extremely important. It is important to learn how to read, write, and speak. It is also important to learn how to think, explore, reason, and calculate. It is most important to learn to read God's Word and follow what it says.

Psalms 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Wisdom is based on three important things. You need proper knowledge, with proper understanding, and proper application. A lack of any of these three things is not wisdom.

Proverbs 1:1-7
1 The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel;
2 To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding;
3 To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity;
4 To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.
5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

It starts out simple for the young and grows in depth and complexity as we grow older and learn more. Sometimes the beginning simplicity results in actions and understanding that require changes as we mature.

I Corinthians 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

We must continue to learn as long as we live and learning will continue throughout eternity. Sometimes as we grow we stop learning and develop habits based on old understandings and ideas. We can become lazy and complacent with what we know. The young (and not so young) can become defiant against established wisdom and create their own ways of speaking, their own words, concepts, and ideas. It is true that sometimes the established wisdom needs to be challenged but it needs to be done by those with maturity and wisdom.

It is sad to hear even partially educated people that have not learned proper English grammar and pronunciation. It is not necessary to be stiff and formal at all times but it is a good thing to routinely practice good English grammar and pronunciation. Bad grammar and pronunciation is so common that it is difficult to stay straight. Familiarity with reading a dictionary and learning to understand phonetic notation is a good idea.

In the same way, there is so much evil in the world that it is difficult to stay straight. Familiarity with reading the Bible and learning to understand its principles is a good idea.

Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.

Are you increasing in wisdom?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
