Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!  Are you ready?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is day 9 of month 10 of the year 1988 Anno Crucis of the Biblical Calendar.

God's New Years Day is in 17 weeks and six days, day 15 of month 1 (Thursday, April 9 of the 2020, Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset Friday, April 10).

On God's Calendar the Biblical month begins on the global day after lunar conjunction. The Biblical year begins with God's New Year's Day (Passover) after the spring equinox (Spring Passover Rule). The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is a month late in the Gregorian 2019 year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar will also be a month late.

Occasionally, I have been told I am far too serious and intense. There is a truth that needs to be spoken. There is a preparation needed for the end before us. I take comfort from these words.

"When the storm of God's wrath breaks upon the world, it will be a terrible revelation for souls to find that their house is being swept away, because it is built upon the sand. Let the warning be given them before it is too late. We should now feel the responsibility of laboring with intense earnestness to impart to others the light we have received. We can not be too much in earnest. Even those who have felt much have not felt enough. They must feel still more deeply." {PH004 13.1} An Appeal for Missions (1898)

"When Jesus spoke, it was not with hesitating uncertainty; his words came with an earnestness and assurance appropriate to their importance and the momentous consequences involved in their reception or rejection. When his doctrines were opposed, he defended them with so great zeal and certainty as to impress his hearers that he would die, if need be, to sustain the authority of his teachings." {GW92 260.1} Gospel Workers (1892)

"We should now feel the responsibility of laboring with intense earnestness to impart to others the truths that God has given for this time. We can not be too much in earnest. If there ever was a crisis, it is now." {SW, July 3, 1902 par. 11} The Southern Watchman, July 3, 1902, Winning Souls the Chief Aim

"We are in great need of the pure, lifegiving atmosphere that nurtures and invigorates the spiritual life. We need greater earnestness. The solemn message given us to give to the world is to be proclaimed with greater fervency, even with an intensity that will impress unbelievers, leading them to see that the Most High is working with us, that he is the source of our efficiency and strength." {RH, May 17, 1906 par. 4} The Review and Herald, May 17, 1906, Filled With the Fruits of Righteousness

"He who yields himself to the control of His Spirit lays hold of Christ with the living grasp of an earnest, definite faith, an intensity of love that nothing can quench." --Letter 10, 1899. {4MR 333.2} Manuscript Releases Volume Four, MR No. 240 - The Holy Spirit

What follows is a very serious passage from the Bible for those of us living in the last few years of this sinful earth. All my quotes from the Bible will be the FTCABE (Formal Twentieth-Century American Basic English) version I am working on.

II Thessalonians 2:8-12
8 Then the lawless one will be revealed. IAUA will destroy him with the breath from His mouth at His coming.
9 When the lawless one is revealed, it will be by the work of Satan. The lawless one will come with great power, false miracles, and deceitful wonders.
10 The lawless one will use every kind of evil to fool those who are lost. They are lost because they refused to love the truth and be saved.
11 Therefore, God will leave them to a strong delusion that causes them to believe lies.
12 They will all be condemned because they do not believe the truth and enjoy doing evil.

The lawless one is the representative of the Church of the Great Apostasy when Satan moves with great power as he sees the end is close. It is Satan's last final push to deny God His people. Those whom he can deceive will be lost to the family of God.

The Bible warns us that Satan himself will appear with great power, false miracles, and deceitful wonders. The faithful are provided with an absolute assurance from the Bible that they will be able to recognize the deceiver and know when the Savior comes. Our Savior said:

Matthew 24:3-5
5 As He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? What will be the sign of Your coming and the end of the world?"
4 Jesus answered them, "Be Careful that no man deceives you.
5 Many will come in My name, saying, 'I am Christ'. They will deceive many."

Continuing:

Matthew 24:23-27
23 At that time if anyone says, "Look! Here is Christ! Or, There He is! Do not believe it.
24 Because false Christs and false prophets will come and do great signs and wonders. This will be so much so that, if it were possible, they would deceive even the chosen.
25 Listen, I have told you before it happens.
26 Therefore, if they will say to you, "Listen! He is in the desert!" Do not go out. "Listen! He is in the secret rooms!" Do not believe it.
27 As the lightning comes out of the east and shines even to the west, so also will be the coming of the Son of Man.

At the ascension, the angels also provided specific guidance so that we cannot be fooled.

Act 1:9-11
9 After Jesus said this, He was lifted into the sky. While they were watching, He went into a cloud, and they could not see Him.
10 They were staring into the sky where He had gone. Suddenly, two men wearing white clothes were standing beside them.
11 They said, "Men from Galilee, why are you standing here looking into the sky? You saw Jesus carried away from you into heaven. He will come back in the same way you saw him go."

Satan has over 6,000 years of practice in creating the strongest and most subtle deceptions. Only those with a love of Truth who diligently study the Bible will stand true. We are already surrounded by many delusions. God has warned us not to trust in men.

Jeremiah 17:5-6
5 IAUA says, "Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from IAUA.
6 He will be like a juniper in the desert, and will not see when good comes. But he will live in the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land that is not inhabited.

Even the highest religious authorities can be lost to delusions. Do not trust their word over God's Word.

Acts 5:27-29
27 They brought them to stand in the Sanhedrin. The high priest asked them,
28 "Did we not strictly command you that you were not to teach in this name? Look! You have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine and intend to bring this man's blood on us."
29 Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men."

God encourages us to trust in Him and promises we will be blessed.

Jeremiah 17:7-8
7 Blessed is the man who trusts in IAUA, and IAUA is his trust.
8 He will be like a tree planted by the water. It sends out its roots by the river and it has nothing to fear when the heat comes. Its foliage will be green and it is not troubled in the year of drought, nor will it cease from yielding fruit.

Do you have a love of Truth from the Bible? Are you free from the many strong delusions of Satan?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
