The book of Daniel contains the clearest prophecies of the Old Testament. They are detailed and chronological covering the entire scope of history from the time of Daniel to the end of time. The words of Daniel are for us in the time of the end.

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Part of Daniel is a historical record and testimony. There are five separate prophetic messages. Each message repeats prophecies to the end of the world. There is a different focus for each of the messages. Later messages include increasingly greater detail.

Nebuchadnezzar's Dream

Daniel chapter 2 is the complete description of a prophetic dream given to Nebuchadnezzar which was interpreted by Daniel. This dream outlined the progression of the world's kingdoms from the time of Daniel to eternity.
