Introduction Many serious Bible students expect three and a half years of final tribulation. I do not see the evidence in the scripture for this expectation. I expect the time of tribulation to be relatively short. 28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. Romans 9:28 Modern communication technologies transmit happenings anywhere in the world to anyone within seconds. Events can trigger other events that happen more rapidly than ever before in history. In Revelation 22 it repeats three times: 6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. 7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Revelation 22:6-7,12,20 I have studied and thought a lot of last day events as described in Daniel and Revelation. I now find the Saviour's prophecies in Matthew 24 ( Mark 13, Luke 21) very enlightening. 1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. 3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? Matthew 24:1-3 The beauty of the temple must have been awesome. IAUShUO saw the truth of the future. The question the disciples asked of the future and the answer had applications to both the destruction of the temple in 70 AD and the end of the world. By taking the prophecies of IAUShUO, weaving them with Daniel, Revelation, modern scientific knowledge and current events a picture is forming in my mind of what the last days may be like. This is my attempt to share that picture with you. I have also included quotes from Ellen G. White. Please refer to the chapter "New Bible Light" concerning verification of these quotes online or from the CD. I need to remind you, these are only suggestions of what I suspect will be the end-time events. I do not claim this is what will happen. Only God knows what will happen. The Holy Spirit provides extensive revelation through the Bible and Ellen White. I claim no revelation from God other than as provided by His word. I have also read the prophecies of Satan revealed through "apparitions" of Mary and Jesus. These apparitions are of course impersonations by evil angels. My suspicion that Revelation describes a comet was reinforced by the prophecies of Satan. Satan knows of the end-time prophecies better than any human alive. He is attempting to bring credibility to his deceptions by his own "revelations".

Time of the End - As in the Days of Noah 37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew 24:37-39 What better description of our time? The only clarification is that in these "modern" times wickedness has increased to the point that marriage is obsolete. Even worse is that now marriage is being conferred on homosexual couples. Sex without marriage has become a social norm. The typical social stereotype is to go to a bar after work, have a few drinks and pick up a new partner every night. 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. Matthew 24:4-5 This is the greatest concern of our time. Deception. Many shall claim to come in the name of Christ speaking lies and deceptions. Some shall claim that they are Christ and speak lies and deceptions. In the end, Satan himself will appear and claim to be Christ. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. Matthew 24:6-8 Again, what better description of our time? Since 1844 there has been the Mexican-American War (1846-1848), Civil War (1861-1865), Spanish American War (1898), Philippine American War (1899-1902), World War I (1914-1918), World War II (1941-1945), Korean War (1950-1953), Vietnam War (1965?-1975?), Gulf War (1991), Afghan War, Iraq war and all the other "smaller" fights in between. Nations fighting other nations, nations splitting into regional or ethnic factions and fighting each other. The Messian says this is only the beginning of sorrows.

Pre-tribulation - The Gathering Storm I believe we are now in the time of pre-tribulation. The events in the world are building up to the final climax. The Third Elijah Message is being spread. 4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: Malachi 4:4-5 The 144,000 are being prepared and gathered for the final storm. The Holy Spirit is beginning to pour out in a great measure. The effect is barely seen except by those who are ready and prepared. The first mission of the 144,000 is reaching out to their brothers and sisters in the church. World events are leading in the direction indicated by prophecy. I believe that Revelation tells of a comet striking the earth. The government, the news media, and the entertainment industry are all on alert for this event. Government - Enter the keywords near earth object into any search engine and examine the long list of people and organizations. The most important is NASA's Near Earth Object Program. News - The news media regularly publish near-miss warning stories. This is both sensitizing and desensitizing the public. Entertainment - Television programs, movies, and theater blockbusters have primed people for what to expect with a meteor impact. The public is being programmed for mass panic and hysteria. The approach of this comet will not go without notice. Satanic prophecies predict that the scientists will be bewildered by the comets path. It may get close before they realize it will hit. As the comet approaches the population of the world will become filled with fear and anxiety. Governments will become concerned about a breakdown of law and order. As we saw for a short time after 2001-9-11 people turned to the church in droves. This quickly faded as life returned to normal. This will be even worse with the approach of a comet expected to devastate the earth. It will not fade but increase as time goes by. This is the time of the opening of the sixth seal. Some of these events have already occurred as a foreshadowing of things to come. 12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. Revelation 6:12-14

Pentecost - Sealing of the 144,000 Pentecost may again be the time for the great outpouring of the latter rain. This may coincide with the recognition of the comet. This may be when the sealing of the 144,000 occurs. This may be the beginning of the time of tribulation. Ellen G. White, The Day-Star January 24, 1846 "... we heard the voice of God like many waters, which gave us the day and hour of Jesus' coming. The living saints, 144,000, in number, know and understand the voice, while the wicked thought it was thunder & an earthquake. When God spake the time, he poured on us the Holy Ghost, and our faces began to light up and shine with the glory of God as Moses did when he came down from Mount Sinai, (Ex. 34:30-34.) By this time the 144,000 were all sealed and perfectly united." {DS, January 24, 1846 par. 1} {EW 14.1} {CET 58.1} {LDE 272.2} {LS 65.1}{WLF 14.2}{2SG 30.2}{Broadside1, April 6, 1846 par. 2} {1T 59.1}{RH, July 21, 1851 par. 2} 7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. 12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:7,12-14,17 The end of the sixth seal is the sealing of the 144,000. The number of 144,000 may be symbolic. The clear indication is that it will be only a small number of the millions who have truly studied the Bible and followed the word of God by accepting the Messiah and keeping the Sabbath. 4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. Revelation 7:4 After the sealing of the 144,000, the Fourth Angel's Message begins to be spread to the whole world. 1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. Revelation 18:1 The message of the Fourth Angel is bringing the last full light of God's truth to His people. Truths lost through the Dark Ages of apostasy are being restored to those who seek to follow the Lord. Visions from "Mary" (Satan) prophecy that the purpose of the comet is to call people to repentance. As the threat continues and sinks in, fear and terror escalate over the impending destruction of the earth. The Pope will surely call for worldwide repentance and promise that the destruction will be averted. He will call for legislation to enforce Sunday worship as the sign to God of our repentance. Notice that Messiah clearly states that the spread of the Gospel to the whole world will not occur until the time of tribulation. The pressure of impending disaster and the publicity around the passing of legislation and trials will accelerate the spread of the Gospel. 9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:9-14 In the tribulations, those who stand for the true Sabbath will be severely persecuted. News and probably televised trials will result in the message of the truth being presented clearly in a very short time to the whole world. A special warning is given by the Messiah. 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Matthew 24:15-22 The hosts of Satan will be very open and active at this time. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. 27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Matthew 24:23-28 Apparitions of Jesus and Mary fall into this category. These events will surely increase especially with the appearances of Maitreya. These deceptions will become more common and more intense. "Mary" and "Jesus" have high regard in the Muslim faith. Supernatural appearances of "Mary" and "Jesus" proclaiming new truth may cause the Muslims to join with the Catholic church. Supernatural appearances of the "Messiah" proclaiming new truth may cause the Jews to join with the Catholic church. Supernatural appearances of "Maitreya - World Teacher" proclaiming new truth may cause other world religions to join with the Catholic church. The nations of the European Community will probably be the first to unite in the face of the disaster and shortly the Pope will be declared emperor. The United States has already enacted moral legislation. This legislation can be the basis of religious persecution. Abortion, homosexual marriages, and other problems have unified the religious forces of America. Increasing social unrest and the impending disaster can quickly lead to additional legislation as it did after 2001-09-11. Even already existing legislation can be used as the basis of the expected mark of the beast. Tribulation and persecution are in full bloom as the comet draws closer. Governments move some to caves in an attempt to save some from the approaching comet. 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Revelation 6:15-17 At this time legislation will be passed or enforced first nationally then worldwide commanding religious observance. The fall memorial sabbaths are ready to receive their final fulfillment. In like manner the types which relate to the second advent must be fulfilled at the time pointed out in the symbolic service. Feast of Trumpets - Final Warning The Feast of Trumpets is the first day of the seventh month, Tishri. Yom ha Terua (Day of the Shofar) begins the Yamim Nora Im (Days of Awe). This is the Loud Cry referred to in Matthew. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Matthew 25:6 This is also called Yom ha-Din: the Day of Judgment. The traditional Jewish greeting is "May you be sealed until the day of redemption". The seven trumpets (warnings) fall as the final sealing approaches. These will occur in swift succession barely separated by a day or two at most. These may begin as early as Pentecost and be more spread out over the months. A hail of fiery meteorites destroys the vegetation of the earth. A meteor lands in the sea. Meteors land on the earth destroying water sources. Heavenly events from the passing of a large comet. Locusts that sting like scorpions but do not kill. War? spreading from the Euphrates. Lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

Day of atonement - Sealing of the World The Day of atonement is the tenth day of the seventh month. Yom Kippur is the final sealing of the righteous of the world. 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: Matthew 24:29 This series of events clearly describes the approach of a comet just before impact. The sun will be darkened because the shadow of the comet will pass over the earth. The moon will not shine normally when it is in the shadow of the comet. When the tail of the comet is encountered there will be a tremendous meteor shower. The sight of an enormous icy rock comet approaching will certainly shake the heavens. The seven last plagues begin to fall. Ellen G. Feast of Tabernacles - Going Home The Feast of Tabernacles is the fifteenth day of the seventh month. This was the Hag ha Sukkoth or the Feast of Booths. The feast was also called Hag ha Asif (Feast of Ingathering). The Feast of Tabernacles was not only commemorative but typical. It not only pointed back to the wilderness sojourn, but, as the feast of harvest, it celebrated the ingathering of the fruits of the earth, and pointed forward to the great day of final ingathering, when the Lord of the harvest shall send forth His reapers to gather the tares together in bundles for the fire, and to gather the wheat into His garner. Patriarchs and Prophets, Chapter 52, The Annual Feasts, page 541 The Feast of Booths was a time of living in temporary shelters. This was a symbol of having no earthly home. 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Matthew 24:30-31 For the sealed, it will be a time of rejoicing. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Last Great Day - Marriage Feast of the Lamb The Last Great Day is the twenty-second day of the seventh month. This is Shemini Atzeret - The Feast of the Eighth Day or the Eighth Day of Solemn Assembly. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. Comet/Asteroid Impacts In 1994 the comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 collided with Jupiter. This is the first collision of two solar system bodies ever to be observed, and the effects of the comet impacts on Jupiter's atmosphere were simply spectacular and beyond expectations. Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 consisted of at least 21 discernable fragments with diameters estimated at up to 2 kilometers. I believe this was a demonstration and warning to earth. You can learn a great deal about the impact and its effects on this NASA website. Jupiter impact It is interesting to note that NASA already knows of a comet 5 to 10 kilometers in diameter that passed near Earth on September 29, 2004. Only four times the distance of the moon. September 30, 2004, was the first Sabbath of the Feast of Tabernacles. Is this a warning of the future given just one year in advance? This NASA website shows the orbit of the comet. Toutatis encounter Amazingly enough, scientists have planned to blast a crater in an asteroid. Mankind just does not have enough sense to leave well enough alone. It would be possible for this impact to change the course of the asteroid. I hope they know what they are doing. Deep Impact Next: Spiritual Warfare
