Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,
Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is day 9 of month 8 of the Biblical Calendar in the estimated year 6022 Anno Mundi. The Spring Sabbaths begin with the Biblical New Year's day on the First Sabbath of Unleavened Bread in 22 weeks, day 15 of month 1 (Friday, March 22 of the 2019, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset Thursday, March 21). On God's Calendar the Biblical month begins on the global day after lunar conjunction. The Biblical year begins with God's New Year's Day (Passover) after the spring equinox (Spring Passover Rule). The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is a month late in the Gregorian 2019 year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar will also be a month late. I have begun attending the West Frankfort SDA church. It is only a few miles from the Thompsonville SDA church. I know many of the people there very well. Some are former attendees of the Thompsonville church. I will be transferring my membership. The first Sabbath I attended, a video was shown instead of a sermon. The video is one I know well by Kenneth Cox from many years ago. It is an old VHS program that had been copied to DVD. The controversial part of the program is that there are seven millennium for the existence of sin on earth. Abraham was born at the year 2000 mark. The First Coming was at the 4000 year mark, and the Second Coming is at the 6000 year mark. The seventh millennium is the rest of the earth, while the good are in heaven. Afterward, the pastor placed the 4000 year mark at the crucifixion, which predicts the Second Coming. There were the usual disclaimers that there was no date being set. I have studied this for years and have come to the same conclusions. While we don't yet know for certain exactly when He will come, those who study their Bible carefully and obey all of what it says will know the time more closely as the end nears. The important issue is that the world is speeding to the end without a care. This includes the SDA denomination. I am reminded of the words of our Savior. Matthew 25:1-13 "At that time God's kingdom will be like ten women who went to wait for the bridegroom. They took their lamps with them. Five of the women were foolish, and five were wise. The foolish women took their lamps with them, but they did not take extra oil for the lamps. The wise women took their lamps with more oil in bottles. When the bridegroom was later than expected, the women were drowsy and they all fell asleep. At midnight someone announced, 'The bridegroom is coming! Come and meet him!' Then all the women woke up. They got their lamps ready. But the foolish women said to the wise women, 'Give us some of your oil. The oil in our lamps is all gone.' The wise women answered, 'No! The oil we have might not be enough for all of us. But go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.' So the foolish women went to buy oil. While they were gone, the bridegroom came. The women who were ready went in with the bridegroom to the wedding feast. Then the door was closed and locked. Later, the other women came. They said, 'Sir, sir! Open the door to let us in.' The bridegroom answered, 'Certainly not! I don't even know you.' Therefore, always be alert. You don't know the day or the time when the Son of Man will come." Our Savior also describes the complacent condition of those in the church (including the SDA denomination) of the last days. Revelation 3:14-19 Write this to the angel of the church in Laodicea. This is the message from the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of all that God has made. I know what you say and do. You are not hot or cold. I wish that you were hot or cold! But you are only warm and not hot or cold. So I am ready to spit you out of my mouth. You say you are rich. You think you have become wealthy and don't need anything. However, you don't know that you are really miserable, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. I advise you to buy gold from me. Gold made pure in fire. Then you will be rich. I tell you this. Buy clothes that are white. Then you will be able to cover your shameful nakedness. I also tell you to buy medicine to put on your eyes. Then you will be able to see. I correct and punish the people I love. Therefore, demonstrate that nothing is more important to you than living right. Change your hearts and lives. The SDA denomination denies that there is anything more they need to know and do. They deny that there is any "new light". They refuse to follow what the Bible says. Malachi 4:4 Remember and obey the law of my servant Moses. I gave those laws and rules to him at Mount Horeb. They are for all the people of Israel. The SDA denomination has lots of excuses, they claim are reasons, why they don't need to do what God says. Malachi 4:5-6 Listen! I will send Elijah the prophet to you. He will come before the great and terrible day of judgment from IAUA. He will restore the obedient heart of the patriarch fathers in the children of Israel. He will return the heart's desire of the children to that their forefathers. Then I will come and strike the earth with total destruction. Those who are too proud to admit they were wrong and too wicked to repent will receive the result of their choices. Malachi 4:1 Listen! The day of judgment is coming. It will be like a hot furnace. All the proud and all those who do evil will burn like straw. They will be burned up says Commander IAUA. There will not be a branch or root left. Those who respect the WORD of IAUA can expect something far different. Malachi 4:2 However, the great Light of Righteousness will stand up in defense of His people, with healing in His tassels, for those who respect His Name. You will go out and leap for joy like calves freed from the stall. Are you awake, studying, and listening to the Holy Spirit so you can be prepared? I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
