Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!   Are you ready?

Home / Archives

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-uh-oo-uh) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray that this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of the Lord. This is the 3rd day of the 3rd month of God's Sacred Calendar in the year 6012 Anno Mundi.

It is two days until the evening of the 6th day of the 3rd month which is Pentecost Sabbath (Sunset on Sunday, May 11 on the 2008 Gregorian calendar). I pray that this may be the time for the special outpouring of the Holy Spirit in power and truth on the 144,000 to prepare the world for the final judgment.

Work on the book is mostly finished. I will be doing some review and polishing but the wording, layout, and formatting are all complete. I anticipate finishing the book Monday during Pentecost. I have only a low resolution graphic at this time for the cover of the book but it will probably be sufficient. I have already ordered some proof copies to examine. There is a high-resolution cover in the process of being developed. I encourage all who would like to assist me in making the presentation of this book as carefully considered as possible to download and review the manuscript at:

www.lulu.com/iaua

There is no charge for downloading a PDF copy of the book. A suitable first printing should be ready for ordering by May 13th.

Please download the book and if you have time I would appreciate any suggestions or comments and even criticisms.

...

I fervently pray that this Pentecost will be the time for the outpouring of the "Latter Rain". We are encouraged to be patient.

James 5:7-8
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

We are also encouraged to ask for the rain at the proper time.

Zechariah 10:1
1 Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

We are promised that it will come with many wondrous signs.

Joel 2:23-32
23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.
25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.
28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

I think the outpouring has already begun. The essence of the rain is described as doctrine. New understanding of old doctrine has already begun and continues in greater and increasing force.

Deuteronomy 32:2
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:

The symbolism of the rain as doctrine continues with the grass as people.

Isaiah 40:6-7
6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.

Ellen described the latter rain as receiving light and following it while others do not even see it.

Pray for the Latter Rain
REVIEW AND HERALD, MARCH 2, 1897
"Only those who are living up to the light they have will receive greater light. Unless we are daily advancing in the exemplification of the active Christian virtues, we shall not recognize the manifestations of the Holy Spirit in the latter rain. It may be falling on hearts all around us, but we shall not discern or receive it." {RH, March 2, 1897 par. 4}

She described events seen in vision that sound a lot like Pentecost.

Early Writings (1882)
Experience and Views
"Soon we heard the voice of God like many waters, which gave us the day and hour of Jesus' coming. The living saints, 144,000 in number, knew and understood the voice, while the wicked thought it was thunder and an earthquake. When God spoke the time, He poured upon us the Holy Ghost, and our faces began to light up and shine with the glory of God, as Moses' did when he came down from Mount Sinai. {EW 14.1}

"The 144,000 were all sealed and perfectly united. On their foreheads was written, God, New Jerusalem, and a glorious star containing Jesus' new name. At our happy, holy state the wicked were enraged, and would rush violently up to lay hands on us to thrust us into prison, when we would stretch forth the hand in the name of the Lord, and they would fall helpless to the ground. Then it was that the synagogue of Satan knew that God had loved us who could wash one another's feet and salute the brethren with a holy kiss, and they worshiped at our feet." {EW 15.1}

Will you be recognizing and accepting the understanding of doctrine as it is being poured out by the Holy Spirit?

I pray that we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-uh-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.

Shabbat Shalom,
