Dear Brothers and Sisters in
IAUA
(ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,
Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly sabbath. I hope this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of the Lord. One of the important lessons I am learning in the trials and tribulations that I have been experiencing is the importance of patience and perseverance. My situation is improving but the process is slow and painful. I am again recently impressed with the scripture.
Revelation 14:12
A word search of the Bible for "patience" provides many scriptures of encouragement. An important aspect of patience is perseverance. This is the true test of faith. Sometimes the path before us is not clear. We are not always shown the path before us. We must continue forward in faith even though we do not see or understand the way that God is leading. Satan tempts us to doubt that God is leading. How can we know that God is leading? When we ask for His guidance, He will lead us. It is as simple as that. Step out in faith and if there is a closed door, look for God's window. It is easy to step out in faith when the path is clear. Our faith is put to the test and grows stronger when the path is not clear. Keep going! When you can't see where the path leads, that is faith! Sometimes you can't even see where you are putting your feet. Keep going! When the way is so dark you can't even see your hand in front of your face. Keep going! That is real faith. Faith is believing that God will guide. He will provide the strength and courage we need to keep going. Look to Him. Are you ready for "Just A Closer Walk"? May we all find peace and unity in the soon coming of IAUShUO (Ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God. Shabbat Shalom
