Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I hope this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of the Lord. This is the 11th day of the 10th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the year 6011 Anno Mundi.

It is about three months or 13 weeks and one day until the Spring Holy Days begin with Passover and the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month in the year 6012 Anno Mundi, which is the first Unleavened Bread Sabbath (Sunset on Saturday, March 22 on the 2008 Gregorian calendar).

I am not going to make any comment on the corrupt, pagan practices occurring at this time of the year. I am going to mention a principle that I think is important to consider. Doing the right things for the wrong reasons may produce superficially good results but the wrong corrupts the right and is still wrong. This is particularly true when the person knows that the reasons are wrong.

In my newsletters I have shared my understandings of the truths and falsehoods which I have observed. I hope this helps you in your own search for an understanding of the truth. Do not take what anyone says, including me, without careful study on your own part to discern the truth.

II Timothy 2:15-16
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

One of the myths I have heard from time to time is that the Ark of the Covenant will be found and displayed by men. I ran across an article I would like to share that dispels this myth.

The Ark of the Covenant Will It Be Found?
http://www.adventistbiblicalresearch.org/documents/arkcovenant.htm

In summary it states that the tablets of stone will be displayed by God and they will be from the heavenly sanctuary. This will occur after probation is closed. This is confirmed by a review of EGW quotes. There appears to be no support from the Bible or the Spirit of Prophecy for a belief that the Ark of the Covenant will be found and displayed by men. It may happen but it is not foretold.

I don't think anything like this will happen because a miracle does not influence anyone to believe the truth.

Matthew 16:1-4
1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.

Luke 16:29-31
29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Are your beliefs and the things that you share with others the carefully researched truth of God?

I pray that we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-uh-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.

Shabbat Shalom,
