Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!   Are you ready?

Home / Archives

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-uh-oo-uh) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of the Lord. This is the 12th day of the 11th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6012 Anno Mundi.

It is about three months until the Spring Sabbaths begin with the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month which is the first Unleavened Bread Sabbath (Saturday, April 11 on the 2009 Gregorian calendar, beginning sunset on Friday, April 10).

_____

I was telling a friend about my presentation tomorrow about my book and he asked for more details. He also brought up the issues of the different ideas which divide those who are seeking to follow God.

_____

Hey that's great about the book Frank. Is it an SDA church you are speaking at? And how did you get the gig?

The messianic congregations around here talk a lot about the festivals but they don't do them. The Sabbath keeping groups (we are calling ourselves the commonwealth of Israel) are seeking to change that by getting all of the groups together. This is going to be a big chore since much depends on attitude. Many opinions and low tolerance for dissent. Please pray for our success. I will tell you more about the progress when we talk next.

I might send you a few docs I created to helps resolve some issues that might be helpful for you to get a feel for what I am up against sometimes :)

Dear Brother XXX,

This Sabbath I have been invited to speak to a group of people who will be meeting at the Manna Restaurant (Adventist Health Food Restaurant/Store in Thompsonville) from 9:00 - 10:30 for an alternative "Sabbath School" before going to church which is only a mile away. I have heard about this group of about six members from our local SDA church who are dissatisfied with the traditional Sabbath School topics and lack of discussion.

The topic is to be the contents of my book, which several people already have. It is a forum which is open to discussion and I am hoping I get a chance to cover a lot of ground. I have been invited by the group facilitator who has my book and has read it twice. The last time I met with a smaller group, the discussion was very one-sided by one person who knew nothing about my book and didn't let me have much chance to say anything.

I am not one to speak quickly or forcefully and am often interrupted when I am speaking in an open discussion environment. When other people insist on talking a lot about their own stuff I do not try to interrupt them. It is just not in my nature and never has been. I leave it to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

I have given out over 80 copies of my book. Hardly a week or two goes by that I do not run across someone who is interested in a copy of my book. A few who are geographically dispersed, like you are, have received 5 copies to share with others in their area. Many Adventists and non-Adventists alike have eagerly asked my wife or me for copies of the book. A few have even volunteered to pay for them. I decline where I can but not forcefully. Most are given away free as part of my ministry. In my ministry I give away books at my expense instead of selling them and I neither ask nor receive any donations to my ministry.

It has been my observation also that there are many who profess to believe in the Law of Moses in general and the feasts in particular but do not actually observe them. I suspect it is because there is a lack of understanding about what God has specified and expects. So few people truly study the Law of Moses from the Bible.

I have observed three general groups of believers in the Law of Moses or the feasts.

1. I suspect many have heard a few general presentations which discuss the importance of knowing and understanding about the feasts from which they have received conviction on the subject but there was no teaching on observing the feasts and they fail to study it further for themselves.

2. Some have heard many presentations which discuss the importance of knowing and understanding about the feasts from which they have received conviction on the subject and there was teaching on observing the feasts which they do but they play "follow the leader" and may fail to study truth much further for themselves and basically accept what they have been taught and go no further.

3. Very few learn, accept, observe, and dig deeply into a study of the subject to expand their knowledge and understanding of the subject for themselves. These are they who will become the 144,000.

This results in many different understandings of bits and pieces of many different viewpoints. This why we need the powerful, Spirit-filled, guidance of the Third Elijah. He will be a person who is thoroughly grounded in a study of the Law of Moses and is called by God, filled with the Holy Spirit to proclaim truth with power and boldness. This guidance through the training and teaching of the Holy Spirit will unite the 144,000 in truth who will then be sealed at Pentecost with the power of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Fourth Angel's Message to the world.

Those who are studying have been humbled many times to find that some cherished beliefs have been misguided. They struggle with doing their best with God's guidance to lead others to greater truth. With humility they recognize that they must not ignore other voices but carefully consider what is being said compared and divided by scripture. They seek carefully in scripture to uncover the precious gems of brilliant truth. Wiping away the dust of traditional interpretation, they carefully gather the polished bright gems to share with others. We pray that others will be led by the Holy Spirit to understand and accept these truths. We hope that they will go on to lead others to truth.

This is the work to which you and I have committed ourselves.

Be at peace,

Frank T. Clark - When the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth and he will show you things to come. John 16:13 (paraphrased)

_____

Are you carefully studying the Bible for truth or do you blindly follow the many different ideas presented by people who have not carefully studied for truth?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-uh-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
