Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-uh-oo-uh) our Father,
Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of the Lord. This is the 2nd day of the 5th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6013 Anno Mundi. It is 8 weeks and one day until the Fall Sabbaths begin with Trumpets Sabbath on the evening of the 1st day of the 7th month (Sunday, September 20 on the 2009 Gregorian calendar, beginning sunset on Saturday, September 19). This year, those who follow the Millerite Calendar determination agree with my understanding of the Gregorian Calendar dates for God's Sacred Calendar. The dates on the apostate Jewish Calendar are two days earlier in the spring and one day early in the fall. _____ Last week my computer died. I am feeling a bit bummed out about that. I hope you are not confused by my use of a 60's hippy term to describe how I feel. My computer was only about five years old and I have never had one go out that soon. I have never continued to use a computer as my personal computer that long before but my wife and my grandson are still using one that is ten years old. It is a bit surprising it affects me so. I think it is because I think so little about computers these days and I was really expecting to have no use for a computer by now. I still think it will be soon. The loss I feel reminds me we will soon be leaving all the things of this earth behind. We should already be leaving behind our attachments to the traditions and apostasies of this world. The second of the Three Angels tells of the apostasies of Babylon and its fallen nature. Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. The third angel gives a strong warning about receiving the mark of the beast of Babylon by worshipping or following the teachings of Babylon.
Revelation 14:9-11
Those in the church which teaches the Three Angels' Messages have correctly recognized the Sabbath as crucial to worship of God. Unfortunately they have stopped at observance of the weekly Sabbath. The pioneers of the church recognized there was more. Careful research finds a growing awareness of the modern validity and importance of the yearly Sabbaths which are referred to as feasts and festivals. Revelation 18:1-3
The voice of God explicitly calls His people to come out of Babylon. Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. The final apostasies that remain in the church are explicitly identified by the voice of God to Malachi. We must remember and follow the Law of Moses as commanded by God.

The heart of the patriarch fathers will be restored to the modern children of Israel. The modern children of Israel will return to the faith and obedience of the patriarch fathers. I am saddened when I hear the SDA church called Babylon. The call to come out of the SDA church is a deception and temptation of Satan. I once succumbed to this temptation because of the failure in the church to continue into all truth and the increasing numbers who teach against part of God's Law. Please, my brothers and sisters, do not do the work of Satan by calling God's appointed church "Babylon". No matter the many faults, this is the primary institution through which God is working. The institution may change its name or dissolve or reject us, as groups or individuals, but we must not reject it until the apostasy is complete. The true Seventh-day Adventist will always go on with or without an organized institution. God will lead! I flatly reject the moves within the church to hide the "Seventh-day" part of the name. Are we so ashamed of who we are and what we stand for that we think we must hide in order to attract the world. Never! Why do we think we must "market" the truth? Look at these sad results. What in the world is the NAD church? http://www.vervent.org/ Continued and deep study, submitting to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, led me to discern the differences between those struggling to follow the truth, those who once followed the truth, and those who never followed the truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. It is important to recognize Israel often failed to follow God in complete obedience but were not rejected by God after more than a thousand years of cycles of apostasy and reform. They failed to follow in complete obedience but did not reject God until they rejected the Messiah. The early church followed God until the apostasy of the Catholic Church set itself as authorized to change God's Law. The SDA Church is seeking to follow God out of the millenia of apostasy. We must not label the SDA Church as Babylon while the struggle still continues to come out of Babylon. As long as the church bears the name Seventh-day Adventist the struggle continues. The weekly Sabbath is the trustworthy guard to the apostasy of the church. The church will correct the contradiction of embracing the weekly Sabbath while rejecting the yearly Sabbaths or change the name of the church or dissolve the organization. Those who persist in their desire to follow God all the way will continue to grow into all truth. The Bible is the only safe and true guide. I believe we need to be careful of quoting from anyone who does not completely support the truth. The Bible contains all the truth which should be spoken from in teaching. "God calls for a revival and a reformation. The words of the Bible and the Bible alone, should be heard from the pulpit. But the Bible has been robbed of its power, and the result is seen in a lowering of the tone of spiritual life. In many sermons of today there is not that divine manifestation which awakens the conscience and brings life to the soul." {PK 626.1} Who are those organizations or groups who have never followed God? Satan has many deceptions. His greatest deception is to mix truth with error. These groups and their sources can never be trusted or quoted for anything of truth. I am speaking of writings such as the Book of Mormon and the Koran. These were never based solidly on truth. No matter what "truth" they might express, they are tainted with error. God will reach out to His children wherever they may be found. They will be called out of confusion and error and drawn to all of the truth. As the end of time draws closer there will be fewer of His children who are not closely following all of His truth. The final decisions for all humanity are near at hand. Are you coming out of the final vestiges of the observances of Babylon still remaining in the church seeking to follow God's will? I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-uh-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
