Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!   Are you ready?

Home / Archives

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath and the Atonement yearly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 9th day of the 7th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6015 Anno Mundi.

This Sabbath is also Atonement Sabbath beginning the evening of the 10th day of the 7th month (Saturday, October 8th on the 2011 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Friday, October 7th).

Tabernacles Sabbath begins the evening of the 15th day of the 7th month (Thursday, October 13th on the 2011 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Wednesday, October 12th).

Last Day Sabbath begins the evening of the 22nd day of the 7th month (Thursday, October 20th on the 2011 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Wednesday, October 19th).

An amazing thing occurs in the Gregorian Calendar years of both 2011 and 2012. Those who follow the Millerite Calendar and the Jewish Calendar agree with what my research, and many others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar!

I received an email this week from someone at 3ABN who thought I would be interested in some information about the spiritual significance of numbers they heard from someone else.

They wrote:

We received a letter from ... today that I found rather interesting. It was a long letter so I’ll try to boil it down to the things I thought you might be interested in.

30 years of her professional life were spent working with computers: hardware, software, communications, networking, etc. Her love though was logic. God gifted her mathematically and logically. She lived to write computer code.

In 2003 she had a heart attack from all the stress she was under and sold her computer (ISP) business.

From that point on her morning Bible study went from an hour to sometimes the whole day. God showed her how He speaks math. She loves math because it is a constant in this crazy world as is God’s word. She loves logic because it is 1 or 0. God is 1 and He always wins.

One of her ongoing studies before her heart attack was the spiritual significance of numbers. She had searched the internet for meaning and lists. One night God showed her with toothpicks why mathematically 7 was perfect. She put the configuration of 7 on paper. 30 years before she read through the Bible and when she finished a sense of logic overwhelmed her and she distinctly remembers thinking “This is the most logical book I’ve ever read, but why?” That overwhelming logic followed with a “why?” was now answered.

Now she feels that she has something God has shown her, but only to those who understand the Sabbath. She believes it is evidence of things not seen. In the past year she has tried to write it down and explain it using words and can’t do it. It’s like a picture puzzle and the pieces have an order she can only demonstrate without words. She feels a burden has been given her that she doesn’t know how to share.

She says that if by chance we understand hexadecimal or binary she might be able to show us over the phone how perfect 7 really is using light and the frequencies of the most simple geometry. She would prefer to show us. They can travel. It only takes about 30 minutes; 10 minutes if you understand binary. It is so simple like the Bible. Some people can’t understand. The older she gets the more she appreciates simple. She does not compare this in any way on the infinite levels of the Bible. Only in its simplicity as in you don’t even have to read the Bible to understand it. We’d still be in the dark ages if that were the case.

Unfortunately, we don’t have her phone number in our system, but maybe it could be found in white pages. It would be neat to call her and have her explain it in 10 minutes.

Does this interest you at all?

I responded:

I am definitely not interested in talking to anyone on the phone. If they can't provide a short written explanation, I believe they do not understand properly what they are talking about. I would be interested in reading a carefully written presentation, if they had one.

In a later follow-up email I said:

By the way... I assume you understand it sounds like she is not actually interested in talking to me. She is looking to get on the air with her explanation. Therefore, talking to me serves no purpose. She wants to talk to someone of influence in 3ABN programming. I find no significant spiritual purpose which appeals to me in a personal way.

These are the spiritual lessons I see in this exchange, which I thought would interest you.

I have noticed many people who are caught in the latest novel idea. (Dictionary: "novel" adjective; of a new kind; different from anything seen or known before: a novel idea. Synonyms: fresh, new, original) There is nothing wrong with new and interesting ideas until you begin to attach spiritual significance to them. Old spiritual truths need to be revived and cherished. Beware of new teachings which replace or obscure old truth.

2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
Revelation 3:2-3
Ellen White spoke of the danger of new ideas.
Elder Ballenger does not see what he is trying to bring to pass. The message that Christ came to give to John on the Isle of Patmos needs now to be carefully studied by Elder Ballenger, for these words of warning tell us that men will arise claiming to have new light, whose theories, if received, would destroy our faith in the truths that have stood the test for half a century. We need to study and understand the message given in the third chapter of Revelation. {MR760 15.4}

[Revelation 3:1-3 quoted.] {MR760 15.5}

This is a work to be done. There is need for Elder Ballenger to humble his soul before God and to refuse to receive new interpretations of the Scriptures. We have had to meet many men who have come with just such interpretations, seeking to establish false theories and unsettling the minds of many by their readiness to talk, and by their great array of texts which they have misapplied to suit their own ideas. {MR760 15.6}

It is too late in this earth's history to get up something new. The erroneous theories that we had to meet in our early experiences in this work drove us to the Lord in prayer. And the Lord gave me, His messenger, a decided message that men were placing a false application on the Word of God. Christ referred to this danger in the words, "Be watchful and strengthen the things that remain, that are ready to die" (Revelation 3:2). Woe, woe to the man who teaches false theories. {MR760 16.1}

We were cautioned not to listen to the doctrines of men who were obtaining a false experience. We spent whole nights in prayer, and the Holy Spirit gave the message, clear and distinct. All along the way we have had to meet just such things. But we gave no heed to them. Other presentations were made in doctrines that denied the truth which in the past had been advocated. Thus it will be till the close of this earth's history. {MR760 16.2}

The warning comes down along the line, "Remember therefore how thou hast received, and heard, and hold fast, and repent" (Revelation 3:3). Repent of the inclination to distinguish yourself as a man who has great light. Your supposed light is shown to me to be darkness which will lead into strange paths. {MR760 16.3}

Are you focused on infinite truth or the latest novelty?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
