Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 21st day of the 10th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6016 Anno Mundi.

The first yearly Sabbath of Unleavened Bread begins the Sacred New Year and the Spring Holy Day season in 11 weeks and 5 days on the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month (Wednesday, March 27th on the 2013, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Tuesday, March 26th).

The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. Those who follow the Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) will be observing the Spring Holy Days a month later and the Jewish Calculated Rabbinical Calendar begins a day early in spring.

I have been pondering the importance of setting proper priorities in our lives. I have seen many distracted by things which are not important. We have the explicit guidance of our Saviour on our proper priorities.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33
Nothing we do in service to ourselves or others, including ministry, is more important than the work we do in seeking the kingdom of God.
26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Matthew 16:26
What is the kingdom of God? It is a very interesting study to read every verse and section containing this phrase. A synonymous phrase is the kingdom of heaven. It is instructive to note this is the central point of the message of John the Baptist.
2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matthew 3:2
It is the central point of the message of our Saviour.
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matthew 4:17
It is the central point of the message given to the disciples.
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matthew 10:7
I suggest the kingdom of God is the coming of God's truth into the hearts of His people. The final establishment of His kingdom is when truth brings peace to the entire world and therefore to the universe. Seeking God's Kingdom is a seeking of truth. EGW had many things to say about revelation and the search for truth. Please read carefully these inspired words which carry far more weight than anything I can say.
Revelation is not the creation or invention of something new, but the manifestation of that which, until revealed, was unknown to human beings. The great and eternal truths contained in the gospel are revealed through diligent searching and humbling of ourselves before God. We have a divine Teacher who leads the mind of the humble searcher for truth; and by the Holy Spirit's guidance, the truths of the Word are revealed to him. And there can be no more certain and efficient knowledge of the truth than to be thus guided into all truth. Through the impartation of the Holy Spirit, we are to understand God's Word. We are admonished to seek the truth as if searching for hidden treasure. {LHU 181.2} {SSW, December 1, 1909 par. 1} {YRP 107.1}

The Lord opens the understanding of the true seeker. The Holy Spirit enables the human mind to grasp the facts of revelation, and divine light communicates with the soul. This is the opening of the eyes to behold the genuine treasure, and the mind lays hold upon the glories of a better world. The soul pants after the excellence of Christ Jesus (manuscript 59, 1906). {LHU 181.3}

The imperative for our time is the nearness of the end of time.
The end is near! We have not a moment to lose! Light is to shine forth from God's people in clear, distinct rays, bringing Jesus before the churches and before the world. Our work is not to be restricted to those who already know the truth; our field is the world. The instrumentalities to be used are those souls who gladly receive the light of truth which God communicates to them. These are God's agencies for communicating the knowledge of truth to the world. If through the grace of Christ his people will become new bottles, he will fill them with the new wine. God will give additional light, and old truths will be recovered, and replaced in the frame-work of truth; and wherever the laborers go, they will triumph. As Christ's ambassadors, they are to search the Scriptures, to seek for the truths that have been hidden beneath the rubbish of error. And every ray of light received is to be communicated to others. One interest will prevail, one subject will swallow up every other,--Christ our righteousness. {RH, December 23, 1890 par. 19}
The search for truth is our priority and Satan works against us.
He works today as he worked in heaven, to divide the people of God in the very last state of this earth's history. He seeks to create dissension, and to arouse contention and discussion, and to remove if possible the old landmarks of truth committed to God's people. He tries to make it appear as if the Lord contradicts Himself. {4MR 145.3}

It is when Satan appears as an angel of light that he takes souls in his snare, deceiving them. Men who pretend to have been taught of God will adopt fallacious theories, and in their teaching will so adorn these fallacies as to bring in satanic delusions. Thus Satan will be introduced as an angel of light, and will have opportunity to present his pleasing fables. {4MR 145.4}

The search for truth is hindered by counterfeits and misleading errors.
He who has a knowledge of God and His word has a settled faith in the divinity of the Holy Scriptures. He does not test the Bible by man's ideas of science. He brings these ideas to the test of the unerring standard. He knows that God's word is truth, and truth can never contradict itself; whatever in the teaching of so-called science contradicts the truth of God's revelation is mere human guesswork.--8T 325 (1904). {2MCP 699.2}

There are but two parties. Satan works with his crooked, deceiving power, and through strong delusions he catches all who do not abide in the truth, who have turned away their ears from the truth, and have turned unto fables. Satan himself abode not in the truth; he is the mystery of iniquity. Through his subtlety he gives to his soul-destroying errors the appearance of truth. Herein is their power to deceive. {2MCP 699.3}

Truth is progressive and we must progress in our search for truth.
In every age there is a new development of truth, a message of God to the people of that generation. The old truths are essential; new truth is not independent of the old, but an unfolding of it. It is only as the old truths are understood that we can comprehend the new. When Christ desired to open to His disciples the truth of His resurrection, He began "at Moses and all the prophets," and "expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself." But it is the light which shines in the fresh unfolding of the New that glorifies the Old. He who rejects the New, does not really possess the Old. For him it loses its vital power, and becomes but a lifeless form. In every page, whether history or precept or prophecy, the Old Testament Scriptures are irradiated with the glory of the Son of God. So far as it was of divine institution, the entire system of Judaism was a compacted prophecy of the Gospel. To Christ "give all the prophets witness." From the promise given to Adam, down through the patriarchal line and the legal economy, Heaven's glorious light made plain the footsteps of the Redeemer. Seers beheld the Star of Bethlehem, the Shiloh to come, as future things swept before them in mysterious procession. In every sacrifice, Christ's death was shown. In every cloud of incense His righteousness ascended. By every jubilee trumpet His name was sounded. In the awful mystery of the holy of holies His glory dwelt. {ST, June 20, 1906 par. 4}
New truth (Present Truth) never replaces old truth, if the old truth was indeed true.
Your knowledge of God and of His attributes has been lessened since you have begun to theorize regarding His nature and prerogatives. {MM 96.2}

The church is now engaged in a warfare that will increase in intensity on the very point on which you have been misled. Not one pillar of our faith is to be moved. Not one line of revealed truth is to be replaced by new and fanciful theories. {MM 96.3}

In clear lines truth has been given us. Under the guidance of God, books have been prepared which state clearly the truth for this time. If you will not believe these evidences, neither would you believe if one rose from the dead. {MM 96.4}

You must make thorough work for repentance. Come before God in humiliation and contrition. There must be harmonious working among God's people. We must know who is going to follow the light. "If the Lord be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him."--Letter 247, 1903. {MM 96.5}

God's truth has always been the same and is never changed or done away. God's guidance is not changed. There are additional truths and guidance given as they are needed.
The word of God covers a period of history reaching from the creation to the coming of the Son of man in the clouds of heaven. Yea, more; it carries the mind forward to the future life, and opens before it the glories of paradise restored. Through all these centuries the truth of God has remained the same. That which was truth in the beginning is truth now. Although new and important truths appropriate for succeeding generations have been opened to the understanding, the present revealings do not contradict those of the past. Every new truth understood only makes more significant the old. {RH, March 2, 1886 par. 6}

What are your priorities?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
