Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 2nd day of the 2nd month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6018 Anno Mundi.

Pentecost is in 4 weeks and 5 days on the evening of the 6th day of the 3rd month (Wednesday, June 4th on the 2014, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Tuesday, June 3rd).

The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is the same in the spring this year but one day early in the fall.

I have been involved in several intense discussions lately about Biblical interpretation with a wide range of viewpoints coming from Messianics, Protestants, Adventists, and others. I have been pondering this subject recently in greater depth. This newsletter is an extension of my newsletter from 2012-08-10 titled Scientific Method.

One of the underlying problems I observe in some discussions is a blindness to portions of the Bible. I was so impressed with the depth and importance of this problem I have added the following paragraph to my websites.

I propose an extension of the original Protestant principle "Sola Scriptura". The original principle was not completely followed. The new principle is "Omnis scriptura et sola scriptura". All scripture and scripture alone. This addition emphasizes that no part of Scripture can be dismissed or ignored. The original Protestants dismissed and ignored the Fourth Commandment teaching of the seventh-day weekly observance retaining the Catholic first-day (Sunday) observance. But, most seventh-day observing Protestants still dismiss and ignore the Law of Moses teaching of the seven yearly holy day observances retaining the Catholic Easter, Christmas, and other holiday observances.

It is sad and distressing to hear people say things like, "I am a New Testament Christian!" or "That is Old Testament!" as if God is divided against himself or God's Word is divided against itself.

These are some other very basic principles of Biblical interpretation that I have been pondering. Whenever I sense the potential that some doubt is being cast on the validity of the Bible (in any form) as the Word of God, I remind people who believe in God of certain facts.

Those who don't believe in God are a very different story.

God is all powerful! You might be surprised, if you listen carefully to some of the things people say. People who claim to believe in the power of God betray themselves when they start expressing subtle doubts about what God can do. In particular, they express doubts about the validity of certain translations, manuscripts, or even certain verses or parts of Scripture.

Matthew 28:18-20
20 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

God can preserve His Word! When you believe in God, His Omnipotence, and His Omniscience, it is clear that He has the ability to communicate Himself to us and preserve His Word sufficient to guide us. Is any particular manuscript, translation, ... perfect? No, but it is more than sufficient to guide us. Otherwise, you are doubting the power of God.

Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

In particular, the guidance of the Omnipresent Holy Spirit teaches each of us directly. Our Saviour has promised and His Word cannot be doubted by those who believe.

When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth... He will show you things to come. John 16:13 (FTCABE)

I find that verse very comforting... "ALL TRUTH". What a comforting concept when confronted by all the disagreement, confusion, and dispute. We don't need to worry. He has promised. Just trust Him.

Do you believe that all of God's Word applies to you?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
