Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!  Are you ready?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 6th day of the 3rd month of the Biblical Calendar in the estimated year 6020 Anno Mundi.

Today is Pentecost and the Fall Sabbaths begin in 4 months on the 1st day of the 7th month (Saturday, September 3rd of the 2016, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset Friday, September 2nd).

On God's Calendar the Biblical month begins on the global day after lunar conjunction and the Biblical year begins with God's New Year's Day (Passover) after the spring equinox (Spring Passover Rule). The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is a month later this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is also a month later.

The days have slipped into weeks and I confess I woke up in the night this week realizing I did not remember when the Holy Day of Pentecost was going to occur. I was disappointed with myself to have lost track. I pondered how hard it is to keep in tune with God's Calendar without the company and communication of fellow believers.

I was relieved when I got up at daylight to check the calendar and to be reminded that it had not passed without notice. I suspect the Holy Spirit left an impression on my mind to think of the coming holy day of Pentecost.

I believe the Gregorian Calendar represents the Mark of the Beast in the most complete sense. The Sunday substitute for the weekly Sabbath is the center of "the wine of the wrath of her fornication" but the yearly Sabbaths in particular and the entire Biblical Calendar in general are clearly a part of the impurity. This is why I emphasize the elements of the Biblical Calendar at the start of every newsletter.

It is sad and distressing to me that I do not have a community of believers to share and communicate with on a regular basis. I am overjoyed when I occasionally hear from a newsletter reader or a website visitor. It may not be until heaven when I can gather in a holy convocation with believers in all truth. It helps me to share my sometimes weekly newsletter with you.

It is distressing to attend church where only part of the Law of God is given honor. I am surrounded by people who claim to be spreading all of God's truth but they are completely blind to all the truth. When I dare to point out that the Bible speaks of more they are highly offended and repeat all the excuses they have been taught.

It is particularly distressing to observe 3ABN, which claims quite proudly that they spread the undiluted Three Angel's Message. It saddens me to know that their claim is not true. I observe the pride and vanity of many of the television "personalities" at 3ABN with great sadness.

I was recently watching part of a 3ABN program struggling against the reaction to change the channel in disgust at the pride and vanity of the host. All of a sudden an observation by the guest about the importance in the meaning of a Bible verse caused me to sit up and take special notice for a minute. It was as if the Holy Spirit tapped me on the shoulder to indicate I needed to pay particular attention.

Acts 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

It is interesting to note that this command was given for them to wait for the fullness of Pentecost, the current holy day.

Special significance was noted on the 3ABN program to the command to "wait" with cross references to other similar commands. I became lost to the program following up the idea in my own mind with my thoughts of Bible parallels. In particular I thought about the significance in this verse:

Psalms 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

The importance of waiting on the timetable of God is highly relevant to my current situation. I feel impatient for something specific to happen associated with my ministry work. I sense a clear leading of God for my retirement and spending more time with my ministry. However, I feel uncertain about what is to happen with this change in my life.

I recall my two years(!) of unemployment from September 2003 to August 2005 when I began my personal ministry work with intensive study and writing. It was a time of wondering what was coming when I felt clearly led by God to a place I did not know.

Continuing thoughts on the idea of waiting or being still led to pondering these verses:

Mark 4:39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

Psalms 4:4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

I Kings 19:12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.

There is a large amount I could add with my thoughts and meditations on these and other verses. As usual, I prefer to expect you to do your own meditation on these preliminary thoughts. Let the Holy Spirit guide you to what is important for you at this time.

Pastors often feel it is necessary for them to speak at great length on their own thoughts. Some are particularly overzealous about this. Sometimes their thoughts wander a great deal from the subject. Sadly, many in the congregation are quite happy to listen to the pastor without attempting to study or even think on their own. Try an experiment and ask someone after church what they thought about the sermon. Try again several hours later. Will they have any thoughts of their own? Will they or you even remember what the pastor said?

Do you feel the need and long for a community of all truth?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
