Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!  Are you ready?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is day 17 of month 12 of the year 1987 Anno Crucis of the Biblical Calendar.

The Spring Sabbaths begin with the Biblical New Year's day on the First Sabbath of Unleavened Bread in 4 weeks, day 15 of month 1 (Friday, March 22 of the 2019, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset Thursday, March 21).

On God's Calendar the Biblical month begins on the global day after lunar conjunction. The Biblical year begins with God's New Year's Day (Passover) after the spring equinox (Spring Passover Rule). The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is a month late in the Gregorian 2019 year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar will also be a month late.

In some ways the Word of IAUA and all life is like a giant puzzle. I see the ideas like an image in my mind similar to a physical puzzle. I have been reminded of this while listening at church to the Sabbath School study on Revelation. I sense a lot of confusion. I understand this confusion because I have been confused along with them in the past. The whole puzzle will probably not be "solved" even in eternity. However, as we move forward in life we will see bits and pieces of the puzzle more clearly.

Isaiah 28:9-10 Whom will He teach knowledge? Whom will He make to understand doctrine? Those who are weaned from milk and removed from the breasts. Because precept must be understood by precept. Precept by precept and line by line. Line by line, here a little, there a little.

So understanding comes bit by bit with careful examination. We must compare each piece with others and carefully join them together.

The Word is the primary guide to building the puzzle. This is like the box cover of a physical puzzle. Life experience is also important but a good life experience must be guided by the Word. If we do not live and follow the Word to our best understanding, our life experience becomes increasingly confused and chaotic. The more we live the Word, the better our life experience becomes and the better we understand the Word.

Now, the puzzle of the Word leading our life is different from a physical puzzle. The immensity of the puzzle is overwhelming unless you trust in God. He will guide you step by step. Very few of the pieces of the puzzle are crystal clear. As you study the Word and experience life, parts of the puzzle come into a better focus. We pray that large amounts of the puzzle will start becoming more clear as we age and continue to study the Word.

Some of the methods to assemble a physical puzzle are similar to building an understanding of the Word. Some of the problems are similar. Unlike a physical puzzle, life pieces are not cleanly cut into pieces. The edges of one piece blend into adjacent pieces. The Word provides historical examples of people attempting to follow the Word. These stories seem fairly clear cut but understanding the results and motivations can be fuzzy.

The two other parts of the Word can be quite difficult.

Isaiah 8:20 If they do not speak according to the Law and the testimony of the Word, it is because there is no light in them.

People do not want to follow the law (Torah) and they disagree on what the symbolisms of prophecy mean. When you study any verse of the Word it is important to keep in mind other similar verses. This is like putting two pieces together. The more practiced you become at this the more pieces come to mind that are related until you begin to get a clearer picture.

There is a path of guidance from the Law through History to Prophecy. Like a physical puzzle there are themes that go together. When you start a puzzle you generally separate sky, ground, buildings, ... into separate areas to reduce the number of pieces you are trying to fit together at one time. Themes in the Bible can be grouped. As you read the Word you can recognize similar themes and start matching them together. This is very tricky.

As an example, you group themes related to the end of time in a portion of your mind. Organizing your thoughts and memory into categories is somewhat automatic for most people. A deeper understanding of organization and hierarchical associative relationships allows you to do this more efficiently. Deep subject...

Under the category of the end of time there are sections for the Three Angels' Message, the Elijah Message, the increasing disasters, the beginning of the Sealing at Pentecost, the time of tribulation, the Fourth Angel's Message, the Final sealing, and so on.

Does your study of the Word lead you to see the puzzle better?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
