Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!   Are you ready?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 8th day of the 7th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6014 Anno Mundi.

It is 1 day until Atonement Sabbath on the evening of the 10th day of the 7th month (Sunday, September 19th on the 2010 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Saturday, September 18th).

It is 6 days until Tabernacles Sabbath on the evening of the 15th day of the 7th month (Friday, September 24th on the 2010 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Thursday, September 23rd).

It is 1 week and 6 days until Last Day Sabbath on the evening of the 22nd day of the 7th month (Friday, October 1st on the 2010 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Thursday, September 30th).

This year, those who follow the Millerite Calendar determination will be one month later than my research has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The dates on the Jewish Calendar are one day early in the spring and one day early in the fall.

I am eagerly looking forward to the Atonement Sabbath fast, Tabernacles Sabbath, and Last Day Sabbath this year. I am eagerly longing for the Third Elijah Message to reach its climax with the appearance of the Third Elijah. I strongly suspect the climax of the message will occur near Tabernacles Sabbath one year before the end comes. I believe the great events at the end of time will coincide with the yearly Sabbaths.

I believe it will be very very soon. The final events will be rapid ones as the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy have repeatedly stated. They will begin unexpectedly with a suddenness which will leave those who are not prepared breathless.

Revelation 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Those who understand these things must develop a sharp focus on those things which are important and fine tune their priorities.

Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

This is the final push and it is long past time where we need to break free of the things of this world which hold us back and move forward in preparation for the end of time.

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

We need to be building our faith and our knowledge preparing for the great trials just ahead of us.

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Food, shelter, and clothing are daily necessities but these must not be our focus. Knowledge of the kingdom of God is our focus.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

We need to be deeply into the study of God's Word. We need to be reading the Word for ourselves. Everything it says and not just selected passages. Visual entertainment has taken over our senses which can be a dangerous trap. It is helpful and beneficial to watch spiritually uplifting programs but we need to beware of a packaged presentation which does not give us the whole truth of God's Word. Only by reading directly for ourselves can we receive the full blessing of understanding guided by the Holy Spirit.

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

We need to be in prayer, a daily, continual communication with God. Especially we need to pray for the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

We also need to read the Word to fill our minds with the raw material of truth with which prayer and the Holy Spirit works. We need to be memorizing helpful portions of scripture.

Psalms 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

This is why my writing is heavily interspersed with scripture quotes for these must be the meat of our spiritual food. We need to move beyond spiritually processed food which is condensed and sifted by others. We need more than milk.

Hebrews 5:12-14
12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

I am going to share a parable with you patterned after Luke 16:19-31.

I was praying and meditating one morning. I was agonizing over the conflict in our church over the Law of Moses and the yearly Sabbaths. I visualized a little scene in my mind testifying to belief in the Law of Moses.

In Malachi 4:4 God says "Remember ye the Law of Moses my servant ..." Leviticus 23 describes the yearly Sabbaths. I see myself standing in judgment before God. I can say, "I did what you told me to do." What will you say?

I can see some standing in judgment before God and giving God a Bible study showing that Paul said the Law of Moses was nailed to the cross and the "feasts" did not matter any more. I can see Paul standing nearby in shock. "You say. I said. What!"

God speaks in a sad voice, "Have you read MY Bible?" With a look of puzzlement He continues, "Did you read what I said through my messenger Malachi?" In a voice of deep concern He concludes, "What part of the word 'Remember' did you not understand?"

In reality, before the absolute truth and purity of God's face, no lie can be spoken.

Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!

Are you getting ready to face God?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
