Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 25th day of the 10th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6014 Anno Mundi.

The New Year begins with the Spring Sabbaths in 15 weeks and 3 days with the first Sabbath of Unleavened Bread on the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month (Tuesday, April 19th on the 2011 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Monday, April 18th).

An amazing thing occurs in the Gregorian Calendar years of both 2011 and 2012. Those who follow the Millerite Calendar determination agree with what my research has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar and the dates on the Jewish Calendar also agree!

The eve of another pagan day of worldly observance, is another fitting time to emphasize the search for Present Truth. The conversation continues with a brother searching for truth.

He writes:

Thank-you for that attachment which explains the 1888 thing. I'm still reading your website and have gotten to your second book I believe. I'm amazed at how the months and days are calculated. I was looking for something much simpler but many of the questions that has been bothering me have already been answered. I'm going to have to reread everything again but I still have finished all for the first time. I think you have 3 books there.

One quick question I have is why God is not more deliberate in His directions. One thought immediately comes to mind and that is why the Sabbath was left out of the first parts of the reformation til later in this country and that is the difficulties it would bring upon those in Europe living under the governments and systems they were under. God winked as it were and later brought out this truth in America and has given a lot of time for it to be investigated and promulgated. At least in the English speaking world. I think the nominal christian foolish for not seeing that the law was not done away with as it was given while a mountain shook and was on fire, written by God Himself in stone, and not even animals were to venture there.......then somehow miraculously it just whifted away in the New Testament and we are supposed to see this somehow miraculously as we're baptized.

But that brings me to the same problem for myself....how am I to just somehow miraculously recognize the feast days as being binding when I couldn't even find out til just now from you how they coordinate with the Christians beliefs while I was looking for their significance with the aid of the almighty Internet which no one has ever had til now and could only come up with a bunch of very confusing stuff.

Now I tend to believe you are absolutely right in everything I've seen so far on your website as I've been curious as to how all the "statutes" have been done away with while we still practice so many of them. And I know even the study of scripture requires faith and the Lord offers many places in scripture where an individual can get off the bus....such as "I tell you today thou shalt be with me in paradise" and "by which He went and preached unto the spirits in prison". The word of God is a discerner of the real intents of the heart and reveals ones true affections and many swing door wide open and leap off the bus at many opportunities.

But I must admit I do have a problem with a couple items. One is in Col 2:14 and Eph 2:15 notice the words enmity and "against us" Now in Deut 31:26 Moses says he will take this book of the law and place it in the side of the ark that it may be there for a witness against thee. Notice that word against. According to Col 2 and Eph 2 this is the ordinances that were taken out of the way. Not the 10 commandments but this book of the law which is where all these ordinances reside. Now how are the feast days differentiated from those ordinances that were done away with. And especially Col 2:16 which expressly name new moons, sabbaths, meat and drink? So if I find them foolish who so willingly are ready to forget the sabbath with not a whiff of authority how do I set up the feast days again with really the same whiff of authority from the Bible?

Where are those distinctions made between what is ongoing and what is done away with?

Sometimes I have been in discussion groups where I guess Jesuits creep in and begin spreading catholic doctrines. I have to study to show the little horn was not Antiochus Epiphanes and many other doctrines. I count it as practice in putting scripture together to make it plain and I see many places where the Lord counts on his sheep to recognize His voice. He doesn't use force. Anyone is free to get off the bus at many stops if they choose.

However, this seems a bit unusual. While I agree with you I am just amazed at trying to present this from sola sciptura with verses such as Col 2:16

Lastly thank you for what you sent me about Jack Sequeira. The place I was studying was http://www.jacksequeira.org and I especially liked the "in Christ motif" which was giving me faith I thought. I gathered great encouragement that there was hope for me from his writings as I knew myself is my own worst enemy and I've wrestled with God on how I can be someone I'm not. Standing there right next to me as I'm about to enter the holiest compartment is "myself". I know I'm sunk if I walk in with him next to me. How I wanted to hold someones hand and not be "all alone" at that moment. Then I perceived Jesus Christ by faith would come between me and myself and He would walk in with me assuring me of acceptance and at the same time keeping out "myself" as it were and not only that but "myself" would forever disappear. I would be just moments away from receiving a nice shiny new suit and but moments from eternity with a perfect world, perfect angels, perfect brethren. So faith cometh by the word so I've been studying and felt so grateful to have found his site and yours. I want that faith. Although what he might have taught on other subjects may have errors in them I was clinging to what He said about "in Christ motif"

Jesus is everything...my faith....my righteousness....my victory...my life....my big friend that would be there to hold my hand at that terrible moment. I read what one author said about those who hate the struggle don't know victory. yeah, I guess I'm one alright. Maybe being torn apart is part of the process. Jesus cried my God, my God. Maybe He was crying to the Father and the Holy Spirit as the Godhead was being torn apart that day. I don't know. But I sure need something besides what I've got to change me into something I'm not. I'll just keep studying.

I replied:

God is deliberate in His directions in a way which is difficult for us to comprehend. God is patient and understanding to a degree which we do not recognize. God's highest concern is our freedom to choose. God allowed sin and untold slander of His good name to preserve our freedom to choose. Satan has been allowed to create confusion but God has provided guidance to keep us in His truth.

When we believe in God and His Son we TRUST Him. God has left opportunity for confusion and doubt for those who do not trust. We demonstrate our trust when we follow His guidance with determination and perseverance.

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

It does not come immediately or all at once. When we are patient, because we trust Him, it will come. There are seven occurrences of the word patience in Revelation.

Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Don't despair for a lost past for the truth but look for His restoration of truth in others as He is awaking it in your heart.

Your words tell me you have been indoctrinated with the teachings against the statues. Nevertheless you sense something is not right. Depend on ALL the Word of God as your guide. Everything I say is only intended to point you to the Word and offer some beginning guidance. Do not trust any man but compare it to ALL the Bible. As the Word of inspiration has said:

II Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

You are confused by the teachings of those who oppose the Law of Moses about the concept of enmity and the law. The enmity is between the man of sin and the law. How can any part of God's Law be described as against us?! God's Law of Love is for our guidance.

The feasts of God are proclaimed in Leviticus 23. Nothing in the Bible sets aside these feasts. The only ordinances which ceased at the cross were clearly foretold:

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Keep studying, brother! You have demonstrated a love for truth. Don't despair but persevere. Here is the powerful declaration of promise straight from our Saviour's lips.

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

As for those who do not have a desire, a love, and a craving for the truth...

II Timothy 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

II Thessalonians 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

There are many like Jack Sequeira who teach a part of the truth and can be used by God to lead seekers forward. There is often also error which can lead us astray. When we seek God by His Word alone we have His promise we will reach the truth. Do not trust in any man, including me. Trust in God and He will prevail. Men can be tools but don't lose sight of the tool-maker.

Are you patient and persevering in your search for truth?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
