Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 9th day of the 2nd month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6014 Anno Mundi.

Pentecost Sabbath is in 3 weeks and 5 days starting the evening of the 6th day of the 3rd month (Wednesday, June 8th on the 2011 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Tuesday, June 7th).

An amazing thing occurs in the Gregorian Calendar years of both 2011 and 2012. Those who follow the Millerite Calendar and the Jewish Calendar agree with what my research, and many others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar!

The email discussion continues about the True Sabbath. As I suspected, it appears they are attempting to draw me into a discussion of Lunacism ("Lunar Cycle Based Weekly Sabbath"). I have discovered this is also called the "Hermetic Lunar Week Calendar" in Internet reference materials.

I was discussing with our pastor about the events of crucifixion. Based on the accounts on the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John , Jesus died on the fifth day of the week at the ninth hour and the body was claimed by Joseph in the evening which was the start of the day of preparation, the sixth day of the week.

The 14th day the Passover day is a sabbath being the second seventh-day of the month but others claim that it is not. There is another site claiming that the 15th, the start of the feast of unleavened bread is the sabbath. You have a very good explanation on the kinds of sabbaths and the feasts but it still puzzles me why the passover the 14th day, is not a sabbath when it falls on the second seventh day of the month.

I really appreciate your kind response and I would be honored to have a continued correspondence with you. I wish to have a telephone conversation with you if you would mind sharing with me your phone number. I will get in touch with you at your most convenient time.

God praise you for this endeavor of sharing your gift in spreading the truth!

I understand your confusion and I know exactly why you are confused. As I stated in the previous email, the seven day weekly cycle has nothing to do with the phase of the moon. If you believe it does, then we have no agreement to continue this discussion. This is the primary source of your confusion.

We have nothing to discuss, if you believe the weekly cycle matches the lunar cycle and therefore is not a seven day continuous cycle.

My basic understanding of the month's cycle is from the appearance of the new moon as stated in Exodus 12 , from there you just count 7 days to determine the sabbath. As of this moment I am still in the dark on how to determine the sequence of weeks to determine the sabbath.

You have a very good explanation of sunset observance based in Jerusalem. Is passover the 14th day, a Sabbath? In one site I have come acrossed with, they say the 15th , the start of the feast of unleavened bread is a sabbath making the weekly sabbath to fall on the 8th, 22nd,15th and 29th with the first day as new moon day a special sabbath.

If you consider the events of the crucifixion and the institution of the passover there's some inconsistencies in the determination of sabbath, is it 14th or 15th. There's a bit of confusion here because in the present standard of keeping the day, the night of the 14th at sundown is still considered 14th when it is supposed to be the start of 15th already. Most consider the day of crucifixion to occur on the 6th day but I guess it should have happened on the 5th day of the week.

With your guidance I wish to know more about the proper way of determining the weekly cycle, like when does a month start and when does a week start.

Your kind understanding is highly appreciated.

I am frustrated by an apparent lack of communication and understanding.

As I have stated, I believe the Bible teaches the weekly cycle is a continuous cycle of six days of work and a seventh day of rest. There is no such thing as a week which is not seven days long!

The monthly cycle is completely independent of the weekly cycle because it contains 29-30 days which is not evenly divisible by 7.

The weekly Sabbath can fall on any day of the month!

If you do not agree with this basic Biblical understanding, then we have nothing more to discuss.

We cannot discuss any other topic until we agree on this one! Every other topic depends on agreeing on this principle.

I have no argument with the weekly cycle as a continuous cycle of six days of work and the seventh day as the sabbath. This is precisely what the gregorian calendar is following which is the basis of the seventh day-adventists of determining the sabbath.

I am not in anyway questioning your principles or doctrine, in fact I find them very enlightening, that is why I am asking your opinion on the advocates of the luni-solar calendar which does not follow the continuous weekly cycle. Now we can make our discussion simpler if you address my questions directly;

1. what calendar system do you observe?
2. can you make any day a sabbath as long as you just count six working days then make the seventh-day sabbath.
3. your opinion on Exodus 12 , when Moses was instructed about the passover ordinance, which is sabbath , the 14th or the 15th as claimed by some luni-solar advocates.
4. your opinion on the crucifixion events, on what day of the week did Jesus die, the 5th day or the 6th day.

I didn't have any argument with you nor do I intend to start an argument with anybody. I find you very knowledgeable with Bible facts that is why I ask your opinion on matters because I believe you are one person I can trust who can give me enlightening answers.

I highly appreciate your kindness!

We can continue with a clear understanding of the Biblical weekly cycle. I suspect there is confusion about the difference between the Weekly Sabbaths compared to the Yearly Sabbaths.

I often say "confusion abounds" and this is demonstrated in our conversation. I now believe I have a clearer understanding of your questions. I am a very precise and detailed person so please pardon me if I sound redundant and complicated... :-) Satan works very hard and with a large amount of success to confuse our understanding of the Bible and each other.

My opinion of the advocates of the "Lunar Cycle Based Weekly Sabbath" is they are misguided and wrong. Their statements and practice do not follow the Bible. The term "luni-solar calendar" is not correctly used to describe their doctrine.

I appreciate specific questions because they make it easier to avoid confusion.

1. My religious observance is based on God's Sacred Calendar which is a "luni-solar calendar". This calendar is similar to the Jewish Calendar but not the same. The Jewish Calendar is also a "luni-solar calendar" but contains apostasies from following all of God's Truth as described by the Bible. I use the Gregorian Calendar, which is a solar calendar, for civil purposes so I carefully describe how they relate in my book "God's Sacred Calendar":

and wall calendar:

2. Only the seventh day specified by God is the weekly Sabbath as faithfully tracked and recorded by both the Jewish and Gregorian calendars.

3. Exodus 12 does not clearly describe which day is a "yearly sabbath". You must refer to Leviticus 23 for a clear description of both the weekly Sabbath and the seven yearly Sabbaths. The seven yearly Sabbaths fall on a specific day of the month completely independent of the weekly cycle. The 15th day of the first month is a yearly Sabbath.

4. My study of the Bible clearly indicates our Saviour died on Passover as the fulfillment of the sacrificed lamb. The year in which He died, Passover occurred Friday at about 3PM.

These statements are backed by extensive documentation and analysis of Biblical references as described in my books. I am eager to answer any questions you may have about the details of what the Bible says, my understandings, and further explanations.

Thanks for the information. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness for addressing my questions.

I have actually scanned all your articles and found them to be highly informative and enlightening that is why I am asking your opinion on topics I have some kind of confusion.

For example the calendar system which the luni-solar advocates observes but I find not consistent with the seven days week calendar having an incomplete week at the end of the month. They even posted a challenge for that matter if you are familiar with that site. I find your calendar coinciding with the gregorian calendar in determining the sabbath as adventists do.

I wish to have a telephone conversation with you should you share with me your telephone number.

Praise you doing a wonderful job of sharing your knowledge.

Those who adhere to the heresy of the "Lunar Cycle Based Weekly Sabbath" are very crafty and persistent. Many believers have been lead astray, deceived, and deluded by Satan.

Are you deceived by new fancy ideas?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of Iaushua (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
