The Lord is Coming!   Are you ready?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 29th day of the 8th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6015 Anno Mundi.

It is 19 weeks and 1 day until the new year begins with the Spring Sabbaths. Unleavened Bread Sabbath begins the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month (Sabbath, April 7th on the 2012 Gregorian Calendar, beginning sunset on Friday, April 6th).

An amazing thing occurs in the Gregorian Calendar years of both 2011 and 2012. Those who follow the Millerite Calendar and the Jewish Calendar agree with what my research, and many others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar!

There is a common question you hear from people who are experiencing hurt, pain, tragedy, or loss and struggling with their faith. "Where was God?" I have heard some unsatisfying answers to this question. Let me share with you my understanding. There is a beautiful well-known poem "Footprints in the Sand" which expresses part of my thought. You will need to perform a Google search to find the poem as it keeps moving and you may also reference this Wikipedia article.

Our Saviour tells us God does see and cares for us. He is deeply concerned for every struggle and heartache.

6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
Luke 12:6-7
God's love for us and His abiding with us are promised.
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
John 14:23
Our Saviour's love for us is an example of the Father's love for us.
1 Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
John 13:1
God's love and care is eternal and clearly recorded even in the Original Testament.
7 And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
Exodus 3:7
John spoke of God's love for us.
1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
I John 3:1
Paul spoke of God's love.
16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
17 Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
II Thessalonians 2:16-17

We need to remember, God did not cause the current problem of sin.

13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
Genesis 3:13

Satan started sin and Eve brought it into this earth but God does not abandon us. He has the solution.

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Genesis 3:15
God was not caught by surprise. God's plan was in place before the world was made.
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 13:8

We can find comfort in knowing all will be straightened out for those who follow God.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelation 21:4

The promise is clear from the lips of our Saviour. God is not out to punish us.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:16-17

The requirement is simple to receive eternal joy.

14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Revelation 22:14

His word provides us comfort and strength in our time of trouble.

10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Isaiah 41:10

You can trust Him. Just trust Him.

3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
4 Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
Isaiah 26:3-4

Where was God? He was standing right beside you with His arm of comfort around you, if only your faith is strong enough to feel Him.

Are you trusting in the presence of the Holy Spirit beside you in time of trouble or do you listen to the lies of Satan to deceive you with doubt?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
