Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 27th day of the 8th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6017 Anno Mundi.

The Spring Holy Day season begins the New Year in six months with Passover on the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month (Tuesday, April 15th on the 2014, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Monday, April 14th).

The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is the same in the spring this year.

I have often observed a relationship between the words we speak and the thoughts we have, which also results in actions matching the words and thoughts. This has led me to one of my rules for life.

Words affect thoughts and thoughts influence words.

It is a circular cycle which feeds on itself and amplifies the course of our choices. The cycle can lead to an increase in evil or it can lead to an increase in good. We can change this cycle.

Paul offers valuable encouraging words.

Philippians 4:8-9
8 Finally, my brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are right, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think on these things.
9 Do those things which you have also learned and received and heard and seen in me. And the God of peace shall be with you.

Therefore, I encourage those I speak with to consider carefully their thoughts and words. I encourage people, as I also practice, to choose their words and thoughts carefully. We are generally in control of our own thoughts, words, and actions. We can choose to be in greater control by the power of the Holy Spirit when we submit to God's guidance and follow His will.

James warns us:

James 3:8 But no one can tame the tongue, it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

but concludes with this encouragement:

James 3:17-18
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

We are not helpless. We can change the direction and cycle of our thoughts, words, and actions. Often I lie awake at nights with troubling thoughts. When thoughts trouble me I immediately guide my thoughts with silent prayer. I love to quote important Bible verses silently to myself, which I have memorized. I sing to myself songs in my mind. You can change your thoughts, guiding and directing them into spiritual channels.

I hear people talk at great length and enthusiasm about Hollywood stars, sports figures, and many other worldly frivolous things. When I try to discuss topics of eternal truth I encounter mostly silence and shrugs. I hear people complaining about coworkers and endless troubles. When I try to speak words of hope and encouragement I sometimes get blank stares.

Let us beware of idle words and endless conversation on useless topics. I don't think I even need to mention the importance of avoiding foul or questionable language.

Are you careful with the words you choose?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
