Preparing for the End of Time

The Lord is Coming!  Are you ready?

Home / Archives

Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,

Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 8th day of the 11th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6017 Anno Mundi.

The Spring Holy Day season begins the New Year in about three months with Passover on the evening of the 15th day of the 1st month (Tuesday, April 15th on the 2014, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Monday, April 14th).

The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is the same in the spring this year.

Whenever our comfortable traditions are challenged we will often deny whatever challenges our traditions.

Continuing excerpts from a LinkedIn discussion triggered by the worldly holiday season. This is part two of the discussion.

Dear fellow servants in Ministry,

It is very clear and precise that our the Bible does not reveal what day Jesus, our precious Redeemer was born and I do not think that it is so important for our salvation.

Please check this document that I found throughout my research:

CHRISTMAS

From OE Cristes Mæsse Not knowing the date of Christ’s birth, the early Church sought one by combining calendrical speculations with the exegesis of biblical numbers. Several dates were suggested, including Mar. 25, Apr. 2, May 20, Nov. 8, Dec. 25, and Jan. 6. The earliest evidence, the Depositio martyrum., has the Feast of the Nativity being celebrated on Dec. 25 by the year 336 in Rome. Within a century this date was almost universally accepted.

Dec. 25 marked, in the Julian calendar, the winter solstice (the beginning of the victory of light over darkness after the year’s longest night) and, after 274, the feast of the birthday of Sol Invictus (the “invincible sun”), patron deity of the emperor. The association between Jesus and the sun occurred early and naturally; Jesus rose on Sunday (the “Lord’s Day”). As early as Clement of Alexandria (d. 216) Jesus was being identified with the “Sun of Righteousness” (Vulg. Sol Iustitiae) of Mal. 4:2 (MT 3:20) (Exhort. 11). A related early tradition identified Mar. 25, the “Sunday” of creation week, as the date of Christ’s conception (nine months before Dec. 25!). It was only natural that after Constantine had abandoned the patronage of Sol Invictu. in 324, Sol Iustitiae, the light of the world, should supersede him.

Pastor Jean-Michel,

It is NOT clear and precise! The Bible reveals ALL truth. We have already demonstrated that the Bible does reveal when our Savior was born. I agree that this does not need to be a point of contention and should not be agitated or a "doctrine". However, the deep Bible student, led by the Holy Spirit, will find ALL truth as our Savior has promised.

When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth... He will show you things to come. John 16:13 (FTCABE)

When we are saved we will seek with all our heart to know everything about our Savior and His truth that we can. God has warned:

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

The writings of those who do deny truth and do not know truth is no proof that the truth does not exist.

Pastor Frank T. Clark,

Wat day was Christ really born on?

My dear friend, my answer to you could not be more plain and simple like this: " I do not know " because our Bible does not reveal it to us.

Certainly, I am a Bible student like any others. However, it does not matter how deep is our consecration with the Lord, the Holy Spirit will not reveal to human what the Triun God does not choose to do.

(Deu 29:29) The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

My brother, the passage of John 16:13 that you quoted is nice but it depends on what you mean by all Truth. Only God can define what all Truth is.

Check this document out for future reference:

" The earliest Christians do not seem to have celebrated Jesus’ birth. The earliest celebration of anything even approximating His birth was that of “Epiphany” on January 6 in the eastern churches. Epiphany was primarily a celebration of the incarnation, of the coming of Christ to earth rather than of His birth. The choice of January 6 may have come from pagan celebrations, such as the feast of Dionysus held on that day. The Roman church seems to have begun celebrating Jesus’ birth in the fourth century, particularly under the influence of Constantine. A major holiday for the Romans was in honor of the sun god, held on December 25 around the time of the winter solstice. During Constantine’s reign this holiday was Christianized, with Christ rather than the sun celebrated as the true light of the world."

Pastor Jean-Michel,

I am not a pastor. I am a simple Bible Student. Nothing on my profile even hints that I claim to be a pastor. My response was plain. The Bible does indicate when He was born. Of course it is not blatantly stated because they did not celebrate or focus on the pagan birthday celebration custom. There are numerous other indications from the Bible. I will not bother to point more out because you do not accept what we have already described. Luke was clear on his intent to be thorough:

Luke 1:1 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us,

Luke 1:2 Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;

Luke 1:3 It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus,

Luke 1:4 That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.

I believe Luke and the other gospels were clear and thorough. I am not particularly interested in what the Catholic Church teaches or believes beginning centuries after the early church, which does not match Biblical evidence. I am not impressed by scholarly references, which do not match Biblical evidence. The earliest Christians do not seem to have celebrated Jesus’ birth because they celebrated Tabernacles, which the evidence shows was His birth. It is not a proof of course.

"God never asks us to believe, without giving sufficient evidence upon which to base our faith. His existence, His character, the truthfulness of His Word, are all established by testimony that appeals to our reason; and this testimony is abundant. Yet God has never removed the possibility of doubt. Our faith must rest upon evidence, not demonstration. Those who wish to doubt will have opportunity, while those who really desire to know the truth will find plenty of evidence on which to rest their faith. {9MR 202.3}

Now, it is not a critical point to believe the truth of when our Savior was born. I am not trying to convince you. You can deny what we have already shown from the Bible to be true. If there is a flaw in the evidence we have presented, then show it to us. Simply declaring "we don't know" doesn't make it so. It is easy to deny truth you don't want to believe and claim it is not found in the Bible. Ask any Sunday-keeper. Declaring something is secret when there is revealing evidence is disingenuous.

Now, I don't wish to argue. I will leave you to respond with the last word and I shall not reply.

Be at peace,

Frank T. Clark

Dear Frank T. Clark,

With all of the respect, I do not think that it is ashamed to tell you that

I do not know the day our Savior was born because my Bible does not clarify it.

In fact, no one knows the date.

My friend, as a deep Bible student, if ever the Holy Spirit reveals the date to you because you are the most holiest and closest to God, it would be wise for you to shine the light over the darkness with some biblical proofs and evidences. Then, I will accept what you might find from your deep Bible studies.

Otherwise, you would be in a better position to be silent on issues that God keeps secret from human being.

(Deu 29:29) "There are some things that the LORD our God has kept secret; but he has revealed his Law, and we and our descendants are to obey it forever.

Have a happy holidays and a blessed New year 2014!

Blessings,

Pastor Jean-Michel

Etienne

Are you willing to see truth?

I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
