Dear Brothers and Sisters in
IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,
Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 16th day of the 2nd month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6018 Anno Mundi. Pentecost is in 2 weeks and 5 days on the evening of the 6th day of the 3rd month (Wednesday, June 4th on the 2014, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset on Tuesday, June 3rd). The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates my research, and others, has determined for the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is the same in the spring this year but one day early in the fall.
In response to the LinkedIn discussion mentioned in last week's newsletter, I received a private email. You will probably recognize there is a long history of heated public and private discussions with this individual. XXXXXX wrote: Frank is Palm Sunday a Pagan holiday for speaking of what the Bible says about those who were laying palm leaves on the ground in front of Jesus who would later turn there backs on Jesus and demand Jesus be killed instead of Barabbas? In regards to Easter being a pagan holiday are you back to Christmas being a pagan holiday and what time of the year Jesus was really born? I ask this not to be troublesome but to learn, why is everything Ellen White says sacred and why is there an SDA Bible? Do the SDA not recognize the Bible? I look to hear from you Frank and I am not being argumentative, I'm asking to learn which is why I asked you privately so nobody would take this out of context. God bless, XXXXXX.
I responded: XXXXXX, I am happy to hear from you. This email is respectful and not troublesome. In this email you are asking questions to understand and not simply criticize. Thank you. This comment would have been welcome on the discussion. I understand the difficulty of distinguishing subtle differences in meaning. I am happy to carefully explain to you. I will explain one question at a time and hope we can reach understanding, even if we disagree. You ask, "Why is there an SDA Bible?" I speak for the SDA when I say that we have never heard of any such thing. I do not know of any such thing. You ask, "Why is everything Ellen White says sacred?" I do not believe anything Ellen White says is sacred and neither does any other reasonable SDA. Ellen White is a source of inspirational guidance and information, which is highly respected by most SDA. I am sure you have resources other than the Bible that you consider inspirational and highly respected. Anything Ellen White (or anyone else) says is always secondary to the Bible. You ask, "Why Do the SDA not recognize the Bible?" SDA recognize and value the Bible more highly than any other book or writing from any source. I will now speak personally. Many SDA may not agree. You may not agree but this is what I believe. I follow what God says in the Bible without excuse. I obey what God asks me to do because He loves me and I love Him. The basic issue of your other questions is the understanding that the Bible teaches that God has a Sacred Calendar. God's followers who understand this will respect God's Sacred Calendar, which is not the same as the Gregorian Calendar. http://www.sacredcalendar.info You ask, "Is Palm Sunday a Pagan holiday? Sunday worship, Palm Sunday, Easter, and Christmas are pagan holidays because they attach pagan days and practices to Biblical teachings, which contradict and dismiss God's Sacred Calendar. I hope my explanations are clear. You may believe the Bible says something different than I understand. You may not agree with me but I can demonstrate from the Bible that I follow what God commands to the best of my understanding.
The importance of God's Sacred Calendar is an elusive understanding to most people. It is one of the most critical aspects of my personal ministry work to increase this understanding. I am diligent to identify the difference between what is holy in God's Sacred Calendar and what is profane in the pagan/Babylon/Catholic calendar. Ezekiel 22:26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Ezekiel 44:23 And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. Thousands of years of Catholic teaching have eradicated any thought of God's Sacred Calendar in the minds of most people. This was their intent as described by a Catholic priest in a widely publicized letter. A copy is found on my website: http://www.iaua.name/Letter.html The letter says, "The Cath. Church abolished not only the Sabbath, but all the other Jewish festivals." Speak to the children of Israel and say this to them. These are the Holy Days of IAUA, which you shall proclaim to be holy gatherings. These are My Holy Days. Leviticus 23:2 (FTCABE) The holy days are not "Jewish"! They are God's Holy Days! Revelation 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. Truly all the world wonders after the beast. The whole world follows the pagan/Babylon/Roman Catholic Gregorian calendar. Is not this a form of worship? God gave us His calendar, which has been replaced.
Revelation 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Do you recognize the importance of Holy Days vs Holidays? I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
