Dear Brothers and Sisters in
IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,
Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 28th day of the 8th month of God's Sacred Calendar in the estimated year 6018 Anno Mundi. The Spring Sabbaths begin in 5 months with the first Sabbath of Unleavened Bread, the 15th day of the 1st month (Sunday, April 5th on the 2015, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset Saturday, April 4th). The Sacred month begins on the world day after lunar conjunction and the sacred year begins with the Spring Passover Rule dates for determining the Gregorian Calendar dates of God's Sacred Calendar. The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is one day early. Email response about last week's newsletter from a Jewish newsletter reader. They expressed concern about what appeared to be a complete rejection of Passover on my part. They wrote: Frank, I thought that Jesus had said something like: "I have longed to eat this Passover with you. For, I shall not eat of it again until all is fulfilled (in the Kingdom)." I thought Ellen White had written that when Jesus ate the last supper with His disciples, that he had "established" the Lord's Supper as He wants us to follow. This is recorded in three of the four gospels, in considerable detail. Especially in Luke 22-23. If one puts the gospels where the last Seder meal is recorded in varying detail, the full 13 or 14 steps, including the singing of the Hallel are found. It includes even the "bitter herbs." There is recorded there also more than one cup. The meal (supper), etc. The Hallel: Hallelu et Adonai kol Goyim. Shabechu hu chol ha-umim. Ke gavar aleinu chasdo ve emet Adonai le olam. "Praise the Lord all ye peoples, praise Him all ye nations. Everlasting IS HIS TRUTH. Great is His kindness toward us." "Christians" seem to have long ago forgotten that Christianity was, and is from a biblical perspective, and supported by Ellen White, a sect of the "religion of the Jews" (Ellen White) who, through Christ were grafted into the Olive Tree of Spiritual Israel. This means that we become, through the sacrifice of Jesus, graftees in the religion, minus only the animal sacrifices, the relligion today referred to as Judaism." Torah-Christ Salvation Story. (professor Tom Roberts) I like that title. (TCSS) Torah Judaism, minus the bloody stuff (required circumcision and animal sacrifices), but with everything else fully intact. The Passover Seder represents what God the Son did for us. It represents past suffering and deliverance. It represents the future deliverance from our own sins, and this yet very sinful world. The Torah and the Holy Spirit are represented at Shavuot. The Fall festivals represent coming out of religious Babylon, forgivenss and turning away from sin through the power of the Holy Spirit and Christ's sacrifice. Then, it on Home. Sukkot, God with us. Ron I responded: Ron, Thank you for writing. It is a pleasure to hear from you. I agree that the essence of the Passover continues as the Seder minus the sacrificial Passover Lamb. This can also be called "The Lord's Supper", though I am not fully comfortable with that phrase. This is a deeper level of understanding that will be reached after a person accepts the Law of Moses. Because of the tight coupling of the "Passover" with the sacrificial Passover Lamb, I begin teaching the importance of the Law of Moses minus sacrifices without immediately addressing the new understanding of the Passover Seder. The new understanding will come later. You may not be aware that there are Torah Adventists and Jews who actually practice the "sacrifice" of a lamb and eat it at the Seder. This abomination is very confusing for those still struggling to come out of Babylon. I agree that the Judeo-Christian religion comes out of Torah Judaism. The problem is that even in the New Testament Judaism had clouded Torah with Tradition. Mark 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye. Modern Judaism has continued to apostatize just as Judeo-Christian Catholicism started with Torah then clouded it with tradition and apostatized. Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. This verse applies as much to modern Judaism as it does to Catholicism. Both have corrupted true religion with their tradition. Something new is needed. Matthew 9:17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. We must return to the original primitive Torah observance without the clouds of tradition, which Ellen White called primitive faith and godliness. "Notwithstanding the widespread declension of faith and piety, there are true followers of Christ in these churches. Before the final visitation of God's judgments upon the earth, there will be, among the people of the Lord, such a revival of primitive godliness as has not been witnessed since apostolic times. The Spirit and power of God will be poured out upon his children. At that time many will separate themselves from those churches in which the love of this world has supplanted love for God and his Word. Many, both of ministers and people, will gladly accept those great truths which God has caused to be proclaimed at this time, to prepare a people for the Lord's second coming. The enemy of souls desires to hinder this work; and before the time for such a movement shall come, he will endeavor to prevent it, by introducing a counterfeit. In those churches which he can bring under his deceptive power, he will make it appear that God's special blessing is poured out; there will be manifest what is thought to be great religious interest. Multitudes will exult that God is working marvelously for them, when the work is that of another spirit. Under a religious guise, Satan will seek to extend his influence over the Christian world." {GC88 464.1} {GC 464.1} "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly. . . . But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." [PS. 1:1-3.] It is only as the law of God is restored to its rightful position that there can be a revival of primitive faith and godliness among his professed people. "Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls." It requires serious study and prayer for the guidance of the Holy Spirit to discern truth. God is patient with us and leads us step by step to a deeper understanding of His truth, if we are willing to be led and will follow Him into all truth. Is the Holy Spirit leading you to see God's plan? I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
