Dear Brothers and Sisters in IAUA (ee-ah-oo-ah) our Father,
Greetings on this day of preparation for the weekly Sabbath. I pray this newsletter finds you in good health and happy in the service of IAUA. This is the 3rd day of the 1st month of the Biblical Calendar in the estimated year 6020 Anno Mundi. The Spring Sabbaths begin in 1 week and 4 days on the 15th day of the 1st month (Wednesday, April 12th of the 2017, Gregorian Calendar, at sunset Tuesday, April 11th). On God's Calendar the Biblical month begins on the global day after lunar conjunction. The Biblical year begins with God's New Year's Day (Passover) after the spring equinox (Spring Passover Rule). The Millerite Calendar (Spring New Moon Rule) is the same this year. The Calculated Rabbinical Calendar is a day early. An email discussion about the conflicts between Adventism and Truth. The identity of this person is being protected. _____ They wrote: Dear Frank I think your correspondent is correct that true SDAs have a unique opportunity to build bridges across dividing lines with many religions. I find that when Muslims know I am a person of prayer and uphold their professions of spiritual living through following our principles (the principles of heaven) closely, I have gained the respect of their leaders. Jews also know we keep the Sabbath and that is a great bridge in communicating with them. The only question remains, How closely are we following the principles given us in God's word? How well are we getting to know our God and to love His principles and exhibit them to those around us? So many of us are still following a religion where we choose what we want to do and don't want to do, and make an amalgam between our own ideas and God's revelation. This is the origin of all the different church organizations whatever their profession of being Bible based, gospel based, Jesus is Lord, etc. In fact He is only allowed to be Lord to a small extent and the rest is a human-made and human-centered religion. In this time as in all other times, God is seeking to restore His full truth among those who don't want any humanity in their faith, who only want to be as close to Him as possible so He can restore the image of God in them. May we all have this compelling desire! _____ I responded: Thank your for your thoughtful response. I saw and read your email immediately. I do not respond to most email immediately. I ponder my responses carefully with prayer and study. What is your definition of a true SDA? :-) The bulk of your email tacitly admits that the denomination as a whole does not teach or follow all of God's Truth. Therefore, it may be that SDAs are in a unique position to build bridges with other compromised denominations. This is not what those who want truth are looking for. We don't want to convert people to Adventism, Judaism, or any other ism. I believe we should be setting out on a course to follow ALL of God's Truth and invite others to do the same. This will not work for most people. Our Savior told us what our relationship to the world and all the isms will be. John 3:13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you. His prayer sets our course.
John 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. People want to be part of an organized and recognized community. We do participate in the community that best represents our beliefs. However, we must stop clinging to compromised organizations and accepting their ideas. We must look for All of God's Truth and those who follow it. There will be some. There is too much pride in identifying with our chosen community. Jews are the worst because their group began 4k years ago. Others are not much better, including SDA.
Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. We must transcend our community and break free of pride, racism, and exclusivism. Then we can be prepared to be a part of the 144k. That is the community I want to associate with.
Malachi 4:4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. May we all have this compelling desire! _____ They wrote: Dear Frank I fully agree with everything you said in your message. I am actually a recognised pastor here in xxx, with denominational credentials. I only wonder how the Lord has prevented me from being attacked as you note in all the Bible texts you mention. "All who live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution"--from the church. The local pastor will not let me preach in his churches because I think he sees me as a heretic. and never invites me to have an active part in any church activities, but at the same time the Conference President is trying to humor me because he feels insecure in his position. I was even invited to present a meeting at the recent workers retreat, which had a theme of the righteousness of Christ about which I was not sure any of the speakers understood. The righteousness of Christ is not only being covered by His righteousness but seeking to "live his life and to have His mind" as the Ellen White says. I openly speak about the refusal of our church to accept the Old Testament and all its teachings which includes directions on how to keep the sabbath, the feast days, etc, all of which were incorporated into the life of our Lord, and are therefore part of His righteousness. Last sabbath I was speaking in a new SDA church and was asked at length in the afternoon about some of these subjects. Most SDAs do not want to have a renewed mind (Romans 12:1,2), but want to continue feeling they are Christians while they live the same way they have always lived, except they go to church on Saturday morning. We were asked to speak in the afternoon about health, unexpectedly, and again I told them to study their Bible about being a vegetarian and how if they eat any commercial meat they fall into a category in which God says they are cut off from being His people. I have challenged many to study the words "cut off" in their Bible and to find out what things God finds so objectionable that He says He will cut off anyone who does them. I did this study a while ago and of course one of the issues is ignoring the Passover, the Day of Atonement etc, Eating any kind of fat or blood are two others. I have already been disfellowshiped once in another country but our Lord has His way and I have not been silenced yet. These days I write things into leaflets which I circulate, and pray the Lord will open minds to His real truth by reading them. So many people think they love God but they still want their own way. Last Friday night I was reading the account of Ellen White's first vision in the Day Star. I read again her further account when she found the Day Star had published what she said, and the things she wanted to add that she had left out. It makes amazing reading, particularly about the attitude of Adventists to persecute those who sincerely love God and are seeking His will in all things. May our Lord have mercy on us as we seek to be His people and to allow Him to fully reproduce His image in us. _____ I responded: I hear your pain and struggle. God has called you to work faithfully in Adventism and has given you a portion of protection. I am an Adventist and I love the church where I was raised and trained the first fifty years. I am still indirectly trained by the church to be considerate of others who are ignorant of Truth and learning to avoid disruption and confrontation. There is a change in the air against those who practice Truth beyond nominal Adventism. The persecution is coming. We have been warned. All those who convert people to Christianity are performing God's work bringing people a step closer to Truth. Those who convert people to Adventism are performing God's service bringing people yet another step closer to Truth. Those who convert people to "feast-keeping" are performing God's service bringing people a further step closer to Truth. Those preparing to be part of the 144k are teaching others about ALL of God's guidance. This will increase with the soon appearance of the Elijah prophet and the sealing of the 144k for the final reaping. Revelation 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. Revelation 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; Revelation 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Get ready, be ready. Be at peace, Frank T. Clark - When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth... He will show you things to come. John 16:13 (FTCABE) _____ It warms my heart and gives me comfort to know that there are others out there preparing to be a part of the 144k. There are even Adventist pastors(!) who will not deny their God to conform to the lowest common denominator.
Romans 11:1-5 Soon there will be a remnant of 144k. Are you struggling to find and share the Truth? I pray we may all continue to seek love, peace, and unity in truth preparing for the soon coming of IAUShUO (ee-ah-oo-shoo-oh) Messiah, the Son of God.
